2018 marriage , 2019 in Australia , 2020 wife files Divorce . If she wanted could have filed RCR Restitution to conjugal rights. . Before marriage, wife was working in Infosys as software developer. Now Masters educated working in Australia filed Interim maintenance in May 2021 in India which got rejected by Family court on basis of educational qualification. Wife being Australian visa holder intentionally not revealed to court. 5 months later Husband files case in Australia court And wins case. Now again appeal to Indian family court from wife side for maintenance denied. 😂 Women empowerment, independent, feminist , women . Husband should have filed 340 crpc against wife hiding income and qualifications to court and teach her lesson

@@defaulltmake See court wont do anything unless you pressurize them. Inshort, Yes. Step 1 . File 91 crpc . Appeal to court asking wife to reveal income. Account details. If wife denies , then provide wife current or past employer . Then she will disclose true income. Step 2 File 340 crpc case ( not application) stating that wife has lied to the court on oath ( record) that she is non working woman with no source of income to extract huge amount of Maintenance and alimony from husband. One who can lie to the court can go to any extent towards husband . Hence her previous FIR and statements are invalid. On basis of mental harassement and extortion that I have suffered over thesemany years I expect 15 lacs compensation from wife or xyz years jail as per constitutional law. You can file defamation case also after 340 crpc.
She should file the case for maintenance in Australia. Australian courts have access to data on employment, income, and assets. Also, while she was studying for her Masters, her husband worked and maintained her. Now, this ungrateful woman is trying to abuse the system to get money in India so that her parents can get that money.

You are right, maintenance is just nothing but extortion for men. Usually, women fights with man and his in laws and divorces. But yet, files for maintenance. Even there is no mistake by the man, she is getting money and also denies wifely duties. Which is a bad law.

@@bharathkashyap4435if even after wasting so much of taxpayers money in women schemes , reservations in metro,train,buses etc, reservations in colleges ,fee waiver, easy selection in any job place with lenient criteria she does not get a job or she does not do work willingly then what is the use of such incentives. Women are being pampered to such an extent by judiciary that they are the most crime committing persons in our country. If a data of all sorts of crime committed by woman is maintained and shown publicly all law would have to be shifted to either side rather than making it gender neutral will be seen easily.
