I hope we can all soon compete again. :) I am wondering if you have to use an RG ball pump or if I can use any pump to inflate my ball? I was just watching a clubs routine and I noticed that they connected a bunch of clubs, so I think it would be really interesting if you tried that with your old clubs. 😁
I think you may be able to use another pump for your rg ball, but just be careful to make sure the needle fits properly into the ball so you dont break your ball! Also about the clubs I just tried that in my living room yesterday 🙃
I think you did a great job on your makeup for your sport. (Competition makeup does specific sports is always different from regular everyday makeup and a lot of people don’t know that) I feel like I could see your eyes from across the room, and that’s what’s important to me with mine😅 Also I always wonder what people do on the body care/periods ect. For me I’ll cramp and feel awful for over a week but the actual event happens for about two days also💁🏼♀️ and ditto on the pads. Seriously tho, my body will stop for a day or two if I’m competing. It’s like it knows I can’t only handle one thing at a time 😅

do you ever get mind blocks when doing risk throws? recently ive been dealing with that while doing passe hop grovel roll under my hoop :( ive never had trouble with it before but i just cant seem to do it, not necessarily catching it just transitioning from throwing the hoop into doing the passe grovel. Its causing me a lot of stress and i was wondering if you have any tips for it?
I think if you're having this problem you should try breaking down the risk: practice the throw and catch separately, and practice the movements under your risk without the hoop. Once you feel comfortable with that then I would recommend trying the risk again. But yeah I think if you break down the risk into its smallest components and combine them only once you're fully comfortable with each component, that should help you get over this block. hope it helps!
I'd say work on back strengthening as well as flexibility. It's not talked about much but strengthening can also help to support your flexibility! Exercises like kicks are going to be helpful in trying to get your needle, I also have a couple of tutorials on this if you want to check them out! Also consistency is important! Try to keep going and working on your stretches and exercises, even if you're not seeing results right away! Hope this helps :)
