For example, if you want to figure out 3x9, you can bend your 3rd finger. On one side of the 3rd finger will be 2 fingers up and on the other side 7 fingers up. Which gives you 27. I’ve been struggling with my business. Things was always difficult, overworking myself for little gain, and recently things has slowed down tremendously, feels like I’m stagnant. This video is what I needed. I knew in my mind that time is more valuable than money but now when I reflect on my actions, I’ve always tried to cut cost any way I can and in the end I was out of time to do more important things…. I knew time is worth more but yet all my actions were based on saving money and spending time

I have to make the shift from wantpreneur to entrepreneur - hard for me as I am a very good DIYer. "I can do that" is how I've gotten this far - so it's not as easy for me to say, "here you do it" - but I see how giving opportunity to someone else is going to bless them and me at the same time. Ugh - hit me about 'cutting my own grass' - I bought a robot to do most of it so I could buy back time (at least some of it) - one of the best decisions so far.

That scripture literally in modern terms means. Make your own money so that you can help other people in need and so that you don’t become someone who needs anything. Basically don’t rely on anyone if you don’t have to. Go and get it yourself. He’s making it into something that fits his own narrative. But he isn’t saying anything morally wrong. I think everyone who can, SHOULD have their own business. But yea, you’re right.

@myrongolden my challenge is that when I listen to you on Bible study my wife challenges you by going to the NIV Study Bible and the scripture you spoke about in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 about business is very much out of context. It’s not talking about business as we think of in the marketplace it’s referencing minding their own business in terms of getting back to focusing on loving people and Christ.
