While seasoning an inch of ginger and one or two green chillies would have added to enhance the aroma and taste to the curd rice. The curd rice gives almost the same taste of that Dardyojanam served as prasadam in Vaishnava Temples For preparation of this Prasad ginger and green chillies are used as the main ingredients.

Being a south Indian home we are regularly doing this Sambar rice. One difference is we here won't add coconut to the rice other than dat recipe is same. Coconut or kopra is added only to bisibelabath not Sambar rice. Curd rice is equally good 😋

For Bisibele baath powder, also add cloved n cinnamon while roasting other ingredients And also add water soaked peanuts along with Vegetables Also add little jaggery amd tamarind water to it
