interesting fact about this video: could anyone notice I had just cried before shooting this video, like just a minute ago? So this is what happened, I shot this entire video and later found out that the mic had gone bad and didn't record anything I spoke, I was so hurt that I couldn't control my tears but anyway, sat down to do it all over again :) and am so happy to see your love for it, soooooo worth the pain! Love you all and forever grateful 💝

    Day -1 ✅
As a Frontend developer, I want to be fluent in English.
So today I started my day by reading a book called "How to Become a People Magnet". The book is about how to attract people. So I read 2 pages and then I learned 5 vocabulary words: Benevolent, amiable, inquisitive, hilarious, and Serene. After that in the evening, I spoke with my colleague in English about how our interview preparation was going on then I listened one speech from TED that how AI connect the digital and physical world then I imagined a situation where I'm in a top IT company called Google and I'm building a Web application that would help the users. And how I collaborate with other employees to develop this web application.
That's all for today. See you tomorrow ☺️
    Thanks ❤

    Day 50
Today, I started my challenge by describing three pictures. As it was Sunday too, I decided to go a little further in the thinking task, and that’s why I described three pictures. Then, I listened to a speech on what we can learn from toddlers. I learned three new words: suppliant, cant, and nonentity. After that, I had two conversations on the free website, and the second one was really good and interactive. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned about a new strategy called addition by subtraction. Finally, I wrote this summary.😊

I learned three new words: waive, inimical, and refrain. I had three conversations on the free website, of which the first two were much less interactive than the other person, but the third guy I met was a very interactive person whom I had met earlier on the same platform. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned that if a behavior can get us approval, respect, and praise, we find it attractive. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 9
Started the tasks with describing an image in my mind from the free resource and though there was not as such anything to describe in the picture, I found myself thinking about it pretty well. After that I listened to a five minute morning motivation by a navy seal. Then I learned three new words: rave, beguile and appurtenance. Then I had a conversation with a girl on episoden and we talked about what we would want to be in our next birth. After that I started reading two pages from Atomic Habits where I learned about three layers at which change can occur. And now I have written this summary.

    Day 38
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. After that, I listened to an English speech from BBC English on whether we can live without plastic. I learned three new words: hackneyed, languid, and coax. Then, I had a few conversations on the free website, and luckily, I met the girl with whom I had a conversation yesterday, so I felt very happy about that. Then, I read one and a half pages from Atomic Habits and learned about the seductive pull of social norms. The reason for only reading one and a half pages was that, upon completing the halfway point of the second page, there was a new topic, and I wanted to read it freshly tomorrow, so that’s why I have gone for this limit. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 5
Today i started my 75 hard challenge with reading two pages from Atomic Habits where i learned that mastery requires patience so to make a meaningful difference habits have to persist long enough to break through the plateau which is known as the PLATEAU of latent potential. Then I imagined a picture using the free resource given by Aleena mam and I can feel the progress today ehich mean i was able to think about the man which i saw in that picture, so I was thinking about how natural his smile seems to be and also his beard was in proper shape and most of the part was white with some little blackish portion and I went more deep into the thinking process. Then I listened to the motivational speech about how to overcome fear. Then I learned three new words which were raiment, bucolic and ignominy. Then I had a conversation with two girls one was from Brazil and other one was from Indonesia and the conversation was pretty good. And now i am writing this summary about my 5 tasks.

    Hello Madam,
I would like to let you a story of mine, few months ago you had posted a video, in that video you have given a plan for 100 days challenge. and you had shared a excel tracer as well to track the daily progress. way forward, I watched that video on 2nd of Oc'23, ever since I have been practicing English, though I take off when something important comes up in my life, but I always make sure that off shouldn't be happen more than 2 days in a row. as a result, now, I speak English hour and hours with ease.
Although I was quite committed towards my English before 2nd Oct'24 as well, but not having a well organized planned sometimes used to derail my English learning journey. hence, that well structured plan was a life changing for me.
I owe you and I wouldn't say "THANK YOU" because it's a tiny word for our contribution, that you have made in my life.
    Regards.
    Subhash.

    Day 55
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures. Both pictures were of two beautiful ladies, so I tried to describe them in terms of their physical traits. I know that you must be asking why I always focus on describing humans. The thing is, I am really good at describing humans, so currently, I am focusing on that. In the future, after completing the challenge, I will start describing other pictures too. After that, I listened to an English speech on how names can tell painful stories. The video talks about how a person’s social status is linked to his or her name. Then, I learned three new words: ambrosia, fortitude, and reverie. After that, I had a few conversations where I talked about some academic topics, and with a lady, I discussed different emotional movies we both love. Then, I met an old man, and we talked about how retirement can be the start of a new life for a person. We also talked about the importance of communication and loyalty in a relationship. After that, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, and one sentence really resonated with me, which was, instead of trying to engineer a perfect habit from the start, do the easy thing on a more consistent basis. One has to standardize before one can optimize. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 80
Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from a free resource. The picture was of beautiful scenery; in it, there was a valley surrounded by huge mountains, with the mountains on the left-hand side fully covered with two different colors of grass, some portions covered with dark green grass and some portions covered with light green grass. The mountain on the right-hand side was originally covered with rocks and some grass, but while describing it in my mind, I misinterpreted it as the same as the left mountain. Then, the valley was covered with a little forest with big trees of dark green color. At the end, there was a mountain bigger than both the other mountains, and it was partly covered in snow and partly covered with rocks, which made it look so attractive. Also, the sky was blue and covered with clouds, which made the picture look more beautiful. Then, I listened to an English speech on “Misophonia,” also known as sound rage, which means that people get emotionally upset with some everyday sounds, which makes them fall into a fight or flight mode. It also states that one in five people is affected emotionally by coughing, slurping, sneezing, and snorting sounds made by others. After that, I learned three new words: “pilfer,” which means making off with the belongings of others; “fulminate,” which means criticizing severely; and “chagrin,” which means experiencing strong feelings of embarrassment. Next, I had a conversation on a free website where we discussed the percentage of people reading books in India and Indonesia, and the results were really shocking for us. Out of a thousand people, only one person was interested in reading in Indonesia, though the literacy rate in Indonesia was quite high. For India, out of the literate population, only 25% of people were readers. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned the difference between amateurs and professionals: professionals stick to their schedules; amateurs let life get in the way. Professionals know what is important to them and work towards it with purpose, while amateurs get pulled off course by the urgencies of life. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

To begin with, I talked to somebody in English. Yeah! It was a great experience with him. He was from India. I asked him, "How can we resolve the disputes between India and Pakistan?" He gave an excellent idea that was according to him, and I appreciated his idea. In addition, I read a book. The name of this book is "Throw and Rich Man." I just started to learn this book, and I was inspired by this book when I was reading the starting pages. After doing all those things, I closed my eyes and thought about my dreams, like I was driving a car and going to my office. Furthermore, I listened to a podcast which was amazing, but I encountered some problems when I heard that podcast. In conclusion, I learned three vocabulary words: hale, fathom, and cohort. So, it was a good day for me, and I will be doing very well in the future.

Then I learned three new words: indication, plum and mercurial. After that I had some conversations on episoden and it was very frustrating for me because most of the partners I found there were having some technical issues so I was not able to make a fruitful conversation but at last I found a Bangladeshi guy with good connection and we had a nice conversation. Then I read two pages from Atomic Habits where I learned, the more you repeat a behaviour, the more you reinforce the identity associated with that behaviour. Also I learned that the more evidence you have for a belief, the more strongly you believe it. And finally I wrote this little summary about all the six tasks.

    Day 71
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. In that picture, there was a teenage boy lying on the ground covered with dark green grass, surrounded by a number of the same kind of flowers whose petals were dark pink in color with a little white shade in them. The boy looked very handsome; his eyebrows were dark black and broad, his eyes were small, and his nose was a little broader. He was wearing a black t-shirt, and his smile was really soothing to my eyes. Then, I listened to an English speech on libraries, which talked about how libraries can be defined differently by different people. For example, for someone, it can be a place to study, a quiet environment; for someone else, it can be a source of power because, with a library, comes a variety of books, and books equal knowledge, which ultimately leads to power. After that, I learned three new words: “perplexed,” which means completely baffled; “bemused,” which means perplexed by many conflicting situations or statements; and “heyday,” which means a period of greatest prosperity or productivity. Next, I had a few conversations, and I will be talking about the first one, in which we shared a period in our lives when we experienced beginner's luck. Coincidentally, we both had similar experiences as we are both traders, and in our early period of trading, we both experienced beginner's luck, but with time, trading humbled us and made us improve a lot. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, where I learned about a concept called “Habit Contract,” which is a contract one can use to add a social cost to any behavior. It makes the cost of violating your promises public and painful. Finally, I wrote this summary.

After that I had a conversation with a guy who was also from India on a website called “episoden” and we had a very good conversation regarding cracking jobs. Then I read two pages from Atomic Habits where i learned that “ decide the type of person you want to be, then prove it to yourself with small wins “ and these are big questions to answer and tough too because most people don’t know who they want to be but they do know the results or outcomes they want, so the author very simply described this by saying that “ start with knowing the results you want and then work backwards from the results you want to the type of person who could get those results. “ And now I wrote this little summary.

Then, I listened to an English speech on the history of swimming, which talked about: In the early days, swimming was not encouraged in Europe after the Roman Empire was gone, and they also considered swimming to be immodest, as during that period most people used to swim naked. It also talked about the Maldives doing the same, as most of the children used to skip classes and swim all day in the ocean. here is my first day , I had a good time today. When I woke up around 11 a.m. today morning, I brushed my teeth and had a shower. After that, I started arranging my room before housekeeping came to clean it. While I was using my computer, he knocked on the door. I opened it and called him inside the room. He started cleaning my room and washroom while I was making coffee for him. He finished cleaning my room, and I gave him coffee. He drank it and left my room. I started feeling hungry, so I sent a message to my friend to ask about the time we would go for lunch. He replied saying we would go at 1:30 p.m. I dressed up to go for lunch. We went to the dining hall, which was full of our staff members. We had lunch, and the food was delicious, with a variety of options, including a buffet. In the evening, I played volleyball with my friend, and after some time, we sat behind the volleyball ground. We talked about our previous workplace and left from there. When I returned to my place, they went to their place.

    Day 65
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. In the background of the picture, there was a white wall, and in the foreground, there was a small garden with a series of small plants planted in a pot. In between the wall and the small garden, there was this beautiful lady who was posing for a picture. The picture was clicked at such an angle that it looked as if we were watching her from behind the small plants. This beautiful lady had braids, and her hair was long and dark black in color. It looked really pretty. Her eyebrows were thin, her eyes were small, the upper part of her nose was thin, but her nose tip was a little broader. She was wearing a bright white dress and posed in such a way that both of her hands were resting on her face, or it seemed like her face was resting on her hands. Then, I listened to an English speech on whether being kind is good for you. The speech stated that the basic form of showing kindness is having a smile on your face whenever you meet or cross someone. It also talked about how, whenever one performs an act of kindness, both the giver and receiver feel a warm glow. Additionally, it discussed how kindness affects your brain by releasing some chemicals that give you a sense of satisfaction and make you feel good and happy. After that, I learned three new words: “pillage,” which means to rob a place using violence; “sentient,” which refers to the ability to perceive or feel things; and “yield,” which means to produce or supply. Next, I had a conversation with the same guy from Mexico whom I met yesterday, and we discussed, “What is more important, to love or to feel loved?” We both agreed that both terms are important, as the baseline of any relationship is giving fifty percent effort from both parties. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned about a concept called “Habit Tracker,” which is a simple way to mark whether you did a habit. The most basic format for doing it is to get a calendar and cross off each day you stick with your routine. This is just a basic format, but nowadays there are a lot of habit tracker apps that make it easier for us to mark our progress. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 80
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. The first picture was of an under construction site. In it there was a halfway with a single room, and the wall of the entrance of that room was painted with dark green color, and the inside of the room was yet to be colored. Though there were some objects kept in that room: a halogen light, an white marble sheet with a paint brush kept on it, a sealed paint bucket of red outer color of the bucket, and in the hallway there was another paint bucket but it was open and in use. In the second picture, in the background there was a forest in the scenery and far ahead from that forest was big mountains. Also there was a land in the picture covered with grass of dark green color with small bushes of plants, and on that land there was a beautiful yet dangerous bull. He was beautiful because his fur was double coated and golden in color, and dangerous because he was huge and had big, sharp, pointed horns on his head. Then, I listened to an English speech on different ways to live for a hundred years, which stated that, of the many factors including diet, exercise, and low stress, having healthy and warm relations with others was the most important factor of living for a hundred years, and relationship doesn't necessarily mean with humans they can be with pets also. After that, I learned three new words: “pendulous,” which means hanging loosely or bending downwards, “sway,” which means move or cause to move backwards or towards or from side to side slowly, and “proxy,” which means a person authorized to act for another. Next, I had a conversation with a software engineer from China and he told me about his job which was installing devices for providing appropriate power supply to the machines used in a factory. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned: Mastery is the process of narrowing your focus to a tiny element of success, and repeating it until you have internalized the skill, and then using this new habit as a foundation to advance to the next frontier of your development. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

Afterwards, I learned three new words: concomitant, disapprobation, and diffident. I had a few conversations on the free website. After that, I read two pages from *Atomic Habits* and learned how to reprogram my brain to enjoy hard habits. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

      Day -1 ✅
As a Frontend developer, I want to be fluent in English.
So today I started my day by reading a book called "How to Become a People Magnet". The book is about how to attract people. So I read 2 pages and then I learned 5 vocabulary words: Benevolent, amiable, inquisitive, hilarious, and Serene. After that in the evening, I spoke with my colleague in English about how our interview preparation was going on then I imagined a situation where I'm in a top IT company called Google and I'm building a Web application that would help the users. And how I collaborate with other employees to develop this web application.
That's all for today. See you tomorrow ☺️
      Thanks ❤

    Day 23
Today I started my challenge by thinking and describing the picture of a female model from the free resource and, I feel It was a nice session. Then, I listened to the BBC English speech, about what happens inside our brain when we fall into love. It was a very informative speech. After that, I learned three new words: homogeneous, heterogeneous and fad. Then, I had a conversation with an IT guy from Singapore and, then with an army soldier from my own country. After that, I read two pages from Atomic habits. It was starting of a new chapter, where I learned about a new concept “implementation intention”, which is a plan you make beforehand about where and when to act. Finally I wrote this little summary about all the tasks performed by me today.

    Day 35
Today, I started my challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, one of which was of a little girl and the other was a female model. After that, I listened to an English speech on the “benefits of exercising regularly.” Then, I learned three new words: surly, flair, and badinage. I had a few conversations on the free website, though this was mostly one-way communication from my side. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned about dopamine. Finally, I wrote this summary.

    Day 56
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. The girl in the first picture was showcasing a badass personality, and I am making this assumption on the basis of her physical traits, like her hairstyle and her makeup, etc. But she looked really beautiful; I remember I was lost in her green eyes. Also, her skin tone was fair, and I found her facial features very attractive. For the second picture, it was again a decent, beautiful girl with long brown hair and blue eyes, and especially her smile was very nice and soothing to my eyes. After that, I listened to an English speech on the reasons behind divorce. The video talked about several reasons, like lack of communication, getting married at a young age, differences in perspectives, and lack of an open mind, etc. Then, I learned three new words: fraught, construe, and hummock. After that, I had a few conversations online where I discussed different topics, such as what breakfast you had today, and what was the most recent moment when you felt really nonsensical about yourself, etc. After that, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned about the two-minute rule, which states, “When you start a new habit, it should take you less than two minutes to do.” So, the rule really focuses on starting easy rather than going hard in the earlier stages of starting a new habit. It is about doing something which is better than doing nothing at all. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

I learned three new words: atavism, contrived , and render. After that, I had a few conversations on the free website. I read two pages from the Atomic Habits and learned that we should make the cues of our good habits obvious and cues of bad habits invisible. Finally, I wrote this summary. As, yesterday I forgot to post this summary under this video so I am doing it today.

    Hello Ma'am
I want to share my story.I have started my challenge today and firstly I have learned three vocabulary words: venerate, engage, and magisterial. Then I downloaded the book named "Astrophysics for People in a Hurry," which was recommended by ma'am for the reading task. This book is about cosmic activities and how the cosmos works. After that, my brother arrived home from school, and I had a conversation with him for 10 minutes, completing my speaking task. I listened to a video on the new criminal laws BNS and BNSS, thereby completing my listening task. I have now completed all my tasks.
    Regards

    Day 64
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. The first picture was of a gorgeous lady posing on the sidewalk of a road surrounded by ancient buildings. She looked really beautiful; she was wearing a brown hat on her head, her hairstyle was short, and the color of her hair was dark brown. Her eyes were small with blue-colored pupils, her nose was broad, and she wore a white sweatshirt; over it was a light brown coat. She was wearing a black mini skirt tied with a black belt, black stockings on her legs, and was holding a female purse in her right hand, which was really unique in color and resembled leopard skin color. Then, I listened to an English speech on "Can AI have a mind of its own?" It states that because of the ability of AI for speech recognition and giving responses, we can relate to AI having cognitive abilities, and we can feel as if we are talking to a human, but AI is just a bot and not as intelligent as humans. It works on the basis of the input, or you can say the prompt we give to it initially, and then, accordingly, it gives an output. Also, if we think that AI has the ability to think, we can get blindsided because we will relate to it as a human instead of a machine working on the basis of large amounts of data and its analysis. After that, I learned three new words: "pacifist," which means someone who is against wars and violence as a means of solving conflicts; "bulwark," which means a protective wall or structure made up of stones or concrete; and "rococo," which means having an asymmetrical orientation. Next, I had two conversations on the free website. The first conversation was with a guy who was a project engineer from Mexico, and we had a discussion on how India and Mexico are similar in terms of busyness and crowdedness. The second conversation was with an Indian guy who was from Tamil Nadu, a software engineer, and he asked me how I achieved this fluency in English. I told him that I’m a student of English, still learning, and it was all because of the 75-day hard English fluency challenge by Aleena ma'am. I encouraged him to go through that video and take the challenge. After that, I read two pages of "Atomic Habits" and learned about a beautiful quote, which was, “The last mile is always least crowded.” Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 67
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. The picture was taken in a cafe where there were two beautiful ladies. One looked like a Japanese or Chinese girl, as her eyebrows were thin and angular in nature, her eyes were small, her nose was a little broader than normal, her hairstyle was long, and her hair was straight. She was wearing a black leather jacket and very unique round earrings, and most importantly, I loved the way she was smiling in the picture. The second girl was Muslim, as she was wearing a hijab on her head; her eyebrows were broader compared to the other girl's, her nose was thin and straight, and she was wearing big circular earrings. For her outfit, she wore a white t-shirt with horizontal black stripes printed on it, and over the t-shirt, she wore a blue denim jacket. Both beautiful ladies were looking at the camera, which the Muslim girl was holding. Then, I listened to an English speech on buffets, which talked about the all-in-one buffet where people are allowed to eat different varieties of dishes as much as they want. Secondly, it talked about wedding buffets, which mainly focus on impressing the guests. In most weddings, people don’t even know about the families involved; they are just there to eat food. After that, I learned three new words: “vagary,” which means an unexpected change in something; “inexplicable,” which means unable to be explained or accounted for; and “ostensible,” which means stated or appearing to be true but not necessarily so. Next, I had a few conversations on the free website where we discussed why many Muslims are migrating from Myanmar to other countries, as the Myanmar government is favoring one Muslim group over another. We also discussed a situation where we were involved in a bad argument, and in general, we talked about the features of the free website and how to improve our English speaking skills. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, from which I learned various tactics to make habit tracking easier, such as making the measurement automated, limiting manual tracking to the most important habits, and recording each measurement immediately after the habit occurs. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 60
Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from the free resource. It was of a female model who looked absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Her hairstyle was similar to the kind of hairstyle boys have, which means having short hair. Also, the front side of her hair had a blue shade, so it looked really nice on her. I was lost in her eyes because the color of her pupil was blue with a little green shade, and it looked so beautiful. Then I listened to an English speech on whether music can mend a broken heart. In the speech, the anchors talked about a female singer who wrote songs when she was in love with a guy and when she broke up with that guy. After that, I learned three new words: asperity, asunder, and gratis. Then, I had a few conversations on the free website, where I had discussions about the education system and what schools and colleges should focus on teaching their students apart from academics, whether speaking on episoden daily will help us have a conversation with people in English in one-on-one meetings, etc. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, and as it was the end of the chapter, there was nothing specific that I felt I should share here, as it was the continuation of the remaining part. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

    Day 11
Today i started my task by thinking for 5 minutes about the a picture which I got from the free resource in English, and today i was not able to describe the picture in my mind but still I tried my best. After that I listened to the speech of an Indian female actress named “ Rashmika Mandana,“ the duration of which was of seven mintues. Then I spoke to two people on episode, one was a guy from Russia and second was a girl from Vietnam and it was fun having conversation with them. Then I learned three new words: craven, upbraid and sychophant. After that I read two pages from Atomic Habits. And now I wrote this summary.

    Day 63
Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from the free resource, which was of a female model. She looked very pretty; her hair was black and wavy in nature, her eyebrows were broad, and her eyes were little and pretty. She was wearing a very unique set of earrings that was made of cloth, had a broad rectangular shape, and had a pair of broad black and white sections on it attached with threads of black color. She was wearing a dark red shirt and was holding a magazine in her hands named Bazar. Then, I listened to an English speech on why you need a good night’s sleep, which stated that having a bad night’s sleep can put you in fight or flight mode, increase your stress, and also make you less productive the next day. On the other hand, having a good night’s sleep will improve your memory and increase your focus. After that, I learned three new words: whet, substantial, and patrician. Then, I had a conversation with a girl on the free website, and we discussed different reasons for having a breakup. Next, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned that the costs of your good habits are in the present, and the costs of your bad habits are in the future. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
