I didn't realise Liz had this many lines while watching rhe MV. I though Wonyoung and Yujin would be first.
(Oh and Leeseo slayed! Her voice is so beautiful. Her lines were def my favorites)
Edit: Oh well, now that I saw the performance it really looked like Wonyoung had the most lines since in the song she is mostly in rhe center even its not her lines.

I said it from the start, Kitsch was a marketing scheme to get us to freak out over Liz so we all tune in to see how I AM goes just for her to have the most lines. And this is NOT counting the ad-libs and harmonies which she does most of.
I am pretty sure it wasn't a marketing scheme but good that she had this many lines in this song but I am not surprised cuz rhis song in some parts is very high so a main vocalist is needed

Kpop fans have been OBSESSED with Liz ‘not getting lines’ since After Like because she didn’t get to sing a chorus that ONE time and started pushing this whole false narrative that Liz never gets to sing which is so untrue. Starship most likely saw that and decided to use it as marketing for this comeback. They knew we would ALL freak out and wanna tune it for the title where SURPRISE, she has the most lines. It’s genius.

im saying it here right now idc what ya’ll say but this comeback is so AMAZING like they exceeded my expectations. just based on the snippet i knew i was gonna love it and when i listened to it, i really loved it like the high notes, THE CHORUS, the music video, the bsides of the album and also the line distribution! i got goosebumps throughout the whole song especially yujin’s parts like her “im on my way” and the “1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3” part like OH MY GOD.
Liz went from having only one line in the last MV, to having the most in this one! I’m so proud of her!

i went around so many vidoes commenting on fans who kept saying give liz more parts, i knew they were going to for the title track. but as fans i think we should stop leaving comments like that. like give more parts to your bias, or why are they prejudice towards the girls. just STOP. The girls all love and respect each other and work hard, and for them to see comments like that, it may create tension that isn't even there. This song is amazing. I think they're going to do it again this year... take over the charts that is.
