I have an issue and need the parts associated but can't find any results.
The very end of the open or closing cycle. The trunk lid closes crooked so it won't latch.
I must exit the vehicle lift the trunk and let it pull in prior to finishing the open/close process. Other than that everything appears fine.

Sounds like a mechanical issue or a pinched hydraulic hose to me. I would suggest that you first follow the routing of the hoses from the trunk cylinders to the pump in order to verify that they don't get pinched anywhere. If that's all good, then try to move the trunk lid manually and see if the mechanism is binding anywhere.

@@TopHydraulics thank you, I rent my car out on an app so I don't get much time with it. But this just started happening. I'll do this and go from there! Thank you!

I was closing the top. Nothing happened prior to this. So, as it's starting to close, I hear a loud Crack or snap like sound come from the back and then the top only half closes. It is crooked and the passenger side is an inch away from closing. Now, the button does not work to open or close, it does nothing when pushed either way. Can't drive it without its warning light screaming and the dash animation shows the top as opening.
Infinity is no where near me, I'd have to transport my car to another town, several hours away.

Let’s hope that there is no permanent damage and you can fix it yourself after finding an obstruction. Since the top is crooked now, you should be able to manually retract it part way and find an obstruction or a broken part by closely comparing the left side to the right side. You may need to remove some trim to see what’s going on - use ingenuity to secure the top near the highest position.
Keep in mind that the top can fall in either direction and cause damage if you leave it unsecured at a high point with the ignition off. Thus the need to secure it near the highest point.
Our video on manually closing the top should give you all the information you need about trim removal and moving the top manually: ua-cam.com/video/lb3p4I7A-LI/v-deo.html

For me, if I have a moment where I start the opening, and stop, right at the beginning it starts the process, which pops the trunk first. An unsteady finger could be the problem. Somehow you are triggering the trunk latch. Solution in my situation is to get out and close the trunk and then be careful to not repeat. Either that or your trunk button may be sticking. I'm not a mechanic, but I've had infinity g37s for a long time. Hope that helps!
