So since the blue skulls extends to the left the key was to time jump by being under the skull from right to left. Person in right jumps first to activate then to the left others jump in synergy. xD I only figured that out about the last success attempt lool.

Because this is emulating the old style of SMB3 and similar where the game did pause entirely when you died.

I dont undestand why they have lag
The game pauses momentarily whenever someone dies. Since one of them was almost always dying, the game momentarily pauses to register the death.
