What made him even more respectable was the fact that he didn't cry or throw a fit or act dejected when none of the judges turned around. He stood there, patiently, giving each of the judges their turn in talking and even apologizing, and ended with saying that he is privileged enough to be there singing, let alone be chose for a team. Kudos to him.
It’s 2023, and I’m revisiting this song and listening to covers - - and this was good, really good for an audition, the fact he said he was going to put his passion to the side to find a job outside of singing is sad, I’m going to revisit this cover because it was well done, thank you the voice UK

Everyone has a lot to learn from this guy. You have to learn to lose to win. He didn't go drama queen on it. He didn't lose his respect for the 4 judges and himself. I personally think he did the best he could on that stage, but his voice for me needs a bit more range. However I'm proud of decent people like him who are strong enough to take the truth with honor even if it hurts.

There’s some rock ‘n’ roll vibe on it, but at the same time there’s some soul on it. please remember that the judges are humans and so because of that they make mistakes, just like they did by not pressing the button for you.

I really wish this guy all the success possible but even though I'm not a big fan of Will I can see why he made that decision. When you try to cover a legendary song you raise the bar that was already high.
