On similar module (MD17421) as set in Q&Q M173 is selling steel Armitron "Rubik", which uses larger battery (CR2032 for ~7 years). Also exists a clone of Casio A-168 as Timex T80 TW2R79300.
Q&Q has 4 buttons so it might be situable as mod water resistant case for an old "melody alarm" watches from 80s-90s like Montana, Kessel, Saturn etc... Gonna try it.

@@rubentapia78 The disadvantage of Q&Q is that the lights are dark. However, since it is a fully automatic calendar with dual time, it is more sophisticated than Casio. I like Casio better in design. However, that is my subjectivity (preference), and I do not think that Q&Q is inferior objectively.
@@show65 I have used both and both are good, well Casio has worked better in precision. Well, today I will buy one of each for a budget price. Wanted to try Sanda or Skmei but then I regretted because I don't trust their quality.
