Im playing this hack atm and damn im almost done or so I thought when I saw in the vid after getting all fuel tanks to return to ship but nope Kraid comes out and the party it's just starting lmao I believe that girl is like a Moon princess imprisoned to fuel the station with her power or something? just my theory I stopped the video to no get more spoilers, awesome hack! 10/10
@@_BELMONT_and you will fail a thousand times in the process. It's needlessly difficult for no good reason; lots of games have good wall jumping _without_ the billion credit power armor.
@BludInsomnomnolence Take a bit of time to get into the groove of its like riding a bike. I hadn't played SM in like 6 years until the other week and it took me 3 tries to do the kraid skip. It's completely okay for it to be harder than later titles since you never have to walljump to beat the game
That's a shinespark. Basically you run until Samus starts flashing, then crouch, then jump. The other move, just jump while flashing and try not to touch the walls
@@potato_the_pig5757 speed booster doesn't check that you're holding the button all the time - it only checks that it's held on specific frames. This lets you mash the button instead of holding it to get speed booster to kick in, which means you can run less distance and still get the boost As for the way he could turn in mid-air while jumping up that hallway, it's not a vanilla feature, many Super Metroid hacks are built off Project Base romhack which changes speed booster in a way that lets you keep it while jumping like that

And this hack in question is really good, made by one of the best Metroid romhackers.
