There’s videos on General Levy’s UA-cam channel recorded in 1989 in London with this kinda flow. He switches accents a lot from British to Jamaican. I think he was born and raised in the UK but also spent time in Jamaica growing up. But check out those videos in your free time, it’s a cool window into the past. Quality isn’t great so it might not be good for a reaction.
Edit: there’s an even older video from 1987 filmed in Birmingham, UK with General Levy. He would’ve been about 16 at the time.

Dizzy and Wiley started the grime scene
When this General Levy track come out it was a commercial smash But he wasn't accepted and wasn't really part of the jungle scene. I honestly can't remember him ever being on radio or in clubs during the peak jungle years. (93-97) unless it was a live pa of this song.
To put things into perspective...Dizzy was about 5 when this song came out.

General Levy is from the early nineties, been around a long time
M Beat General Levy was massive back in the day, along Shy FX and UK Apache Original Nuttah. Still smashes it up. Before that though, was the Jamaican influenced sound systems. Saxon Sound probably originated the UK speed rapping, Papa Levi, Daddy Colonel, Asher Senator and the legendary Smiley Culture. Check out Cockney Translator and Police Officer. Maxi Priest was a member of Saxon for a while.
