The reps should all sit down together, one room, and live stream it. Keep everyone accountable, and maybe help eliminate bias, and instead of just votes they could have actual discussions. There’s always things players say they always wanted GAd, but since they don’t have actual discussions it never happens.
Should be one person each team. They need majority vote. But problem is they get so wack they blacklist.

This is just my opinion what if the weapon meta has to change every major
Why don’t they just make a committee of “retired” players and devs. Something like 6-6 or something, where the retired players are voted on by all the teams and this committee decides whether or not a new map/mode is added to ranked. I’m tired of the players dictating what they can and can’t play, it just feels like a huge shoving match to keep maps that favor some teams over others
