Paul stated that he was in the hope of eternal life Titus 1:1-3. He hoped for it
Hello Bertie, having looked at various translations, the hope Paul is referring to in Titus 1:1-3, is a hope to mankind generally. Mankind lost life after Adam's fall and there was that promise of mankind’s reintroduction to a higher quality of life(which Jesus Christ came to give). ' l have come that you will have life and have it superabundantly

Welp, gonna listen several times to this one straight away. :) Wait...oh. So...this bread IS "My body," meaning how else did it get there (The Word was with God, and the Word WAS God), AND it nourishes you even now and always does. So doing the Eucharist is a reminder of this. Also that we're blood relatives with Jesus, as it were? And all of this is here and now--a reaffirmation? I don't completely understand what Malcolm means when he says that this isn't just a reminder (the "how boring is THAT" kinda hit home at least in terms of narrowing things down so they're almost understandable), but rather a bringing into the NOW the fact of Jesus in us and us in Jesus...??? Well, one thing's for sure, I need the reminders--sometimes I feel like I can't keep enough of it in my head all at once to "know." And I think I'd still have a hard time explaining this to someone else.

What about the whole question of “Hell”? What’s the truth about that.
25:40 I cannot see how Hell is the place where Jesus is and where he will welcome you. There is something wrong with that. Hell is a place of condemnation or the abode of the dead. Jesus is not there. Those who have the son have life those who don't have the son does not have life.
I listened to that part as well and didn’t take away that Malcolm was saying Jesus would welcome people who arrive in “hell”
@@robertaflanagan8149 I had the wrong time reference and updated it to where he said it.
Right before that at 25:30, he says Jesus has the keys. "Whatever death was held and hell was was held for before, it is no more", so IF you happen to wind up there, which you won't, He'd be there to welcome you with open arms.

I guess at this point, Malcolm should explain more what he meant. He sort of threw out something that obviously causes people to question what he means. Hence, you saying there is something wrong with what he said. Before, I would just say, you are wrong it what you say, I would want him to explain more of what he said.
This is enough to make your head spin. You need chill brother your getting way out there. The gospel is so simple a child can understand it. Malcolm you need to go to children's church and stop impressing yourself.😊
