A jack inside the car with a block of wood, add glue, jack that bar back into shape....go one or two pumps over what you think so it springs into the right shape when you take the tension off
Naw its honda metal, any kinda real force and your adding damage. Just lift the beams with your hand then glue it.

Bodywork Tip- When block sanding use a microfiber towel you can feel more than just using your bare hands

for the beam use some 3M seam sealer to glue it back
I do not know if you have finalized your roof situation. But what I have done and had great success with wagon and sedan roofs is this. First you want to get a glue made for bonding panels or unibody cars together. You want a good industrial grade automotive panel adhesive. Next you need to clean and scrape all the old glue off. You can scuff the paint for better adhesion but honestly it is chemically bonded so it really does not matter. Next get a 2x4 piece of wood long enough with a small jack to be able to set in the car. Use the wood and jack after you apply a nice bead across the frame of the roof. Then proceed to use the 2x4 and jack to push the frame against the roof until you have contact with the frame and roof and the roof is either straight or flat. Adjust accordingly to get the roof where you like it. The hard part is you want to do this all at once so every frame will need its own jack and 2x4. This ensures a consistent pressure throughout the roof once dry it will hold shape like factory new!
when I worked at a body shop in the early 90s, the owner won't let me use power tools on doors, roof and trunk, long block hand sand only he said.

Dana, you may want to hear up with a torch those support beams. Then prop up the beams with some wooden or metal poles or spools from Home depot. The metal beams would regain their original position and done.

Expanding foam should work
Coming from body shop, i say u fill the gap for roof with the expandable foam stuff. We put on roof n door skins, n remember (a lil is alot) 😂
Think the best way to go with the roof beams is the expandable fome it's actually pretty strong better then that window silicone just an idea 💡

Use spray foam it’s durable and hold really tight
"Insulating foam sealant" for roof issue may help instead of using that cardboard. Cut out excess..
Before you mentioned the cardboard idea I was telling myself "you could easily just shim it" personally I would of gone to Home Depot and bought a pack of plastic shims used on doors and windows but whatever works..
Wrapping can have its downside depending on the vinyl. Some are more brittle and less pliable once heat is applied. IG post was disappointing to say the least. 😲 I'm going to ask my vinyl guy what he suggests as far as brands and thicknesses they use to wrap.
Instead of buying guide coat , you could buy the cheapest can of flat black rattle can and just mist it over your work area. Itll show you low spots.

I swear old EK metal was 50% lead. 😂 Use the bottom of the hammer with the rubber on it when it comes to the old Hondas, like my fender was crushed in when i got it, and just pulled it out with my hands 😅

That roof brace is going to sag with that cardboard wedged in between. You should reinforce the brace and add extra braces. You need metal working and welding skills.
