Hope you are aware that Willow is not real butter. It is alternative to butter. Willow is made out of mainly vegetable oils like Palm oil . So the ghee you are making is not pure and not even good for health. Anchor is a better choice. But if you want the taste of best quality ghee in UK, then use Kerrygold butter(available in tesco) and make ghee out of it. You will see the big difference in quality and taste coz the butter itself is made of good quality milk.

100% correct WILLOW is not butter but they make it look like butter by packing that way . But the indian community cant get enough .
