I love the fact that you keep hammering men on working out. It is an integral part of making us in a healthy mental state. It ain't just an attraction-related activity, rather it is very tied to mental health. Humans are born to move their bodies 24/7. a. Working out b. Enough Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamin D c. And above all, great night sleep. Without any of these three, our brain is far less ready to function normally, let alone enabling us to navigate the already challenging social world around us. A guy without a healthy lifestyle, not only will not find a good girl, he actually is only living a third of his own day, each day; cognitively, psychologically, hormonally, alertness level, bodily stamina, sexual strength, emotional strength, and just about every aspect of a human life is tied to proper daily routine. If that damn Cortisol is high, and Testosterone is low, a man is no longer a hunter, rather a scared prey in the view of his own brain and gut.
As a 19 years old teen i prefer to first reach my life goals and money then try to make a relationship. Now i just communicate with women as friends and i do not seek for they approval. I will be happy to share your ideas with me becuase sometimes i feel dubt in my desicions
I just had a talk with a friend of mine, and we discussed about putting others needs above our own. I believe this is a trait that leads and trains me as a setup for becoming a genuine godly man. Add yoga to the list of physical activity. It's also a great way to potentially meet high-value women, since most yoga classes typically have more women than men. I've tried other physical activities and it just checks so many more boxes for me. I feel amazing after a session. Just be chill, confident and respectful with your gaze and it could lead to something special 😊
Don't reward bad behavior. IE: when she does something bad, do less for her, not more. Make her earn everything you give her. If she criticizes you, say, like taking out the trash, stop doing it. We have a much higher tolerance for disorganized living than they do. When she gets mad and starts yelling, leave, even so far as getting in the car and driving away.
Atleast i found out, doing things i love, and show what i love to do, and dont overthink too much what others say what i should do, helped me a lot. With that new mindset, there appeared a woman in my life who showed some kind of attraction i guess? The only one thing what makes her unreachable, is the fact that she has already a boyfriend. Hi Maya, I really like that you made the point of expressing how exercise isn't solely the gym. When trying to encourage others to be healthier I typically use the term "move" or "move around' because the gym, and even the word exercise triggers some people (which is a whole other issue). I really don't like the gym but go daily anyhow. I run, hike, and play volleyball for actual enjoyable exercise. I really admire that you're strong enough to tell the types of truths that most people refuse to acknowledge. If one doesn't acknowledge oneself objectively and know where we're at how can we improve? I am from the capital of Canada and complacency is ubiquitous here. I've been mortified by how people's knee-jerk response to seeing me go to the gym, hike, read, and study my @ss off is to insult me, my motives, and/or to explain why they don't need to do these things. As such, I don't share my daily regimen, goals, and plans with many anymore-I just show up and work toward excellence on my own. Wishing you an excellent 2025! Robert
