All I want to know is that the 45 crores spent on this building, was it done with following the correct rules, regulations, permissions and authorisations. Who gave permission for new build? Who gave permission to bulldoze the old building? Who gave permission to vacate and demolish the neighbouring properties? Why was Delhi Urban development board not involved? Was the old property not a heritage property that cannot be demolished without following due process. Who determined that the old property was unsuitable for renovation and hence had to be demolished. Who decides how much is spent on marble, curtains, kitchen, bathroom, carpets, furniture, wall decorations and other fixtures etc. Who decides that the new build should have this much square footage? Who decides how many staff should be employed for the maintenance of this property? Who decides that the total compound area around the Mahal should become part of the Sheesh Mahal complex. Isn't there nyone who can answer these questions?
Kejriwal should be behind bars for this.
