It is so nice knowing if we need it we have it. Especially living so far out in the country.

Hollyhocks are medicinal. Used with marshmallow and mallow. Great for skin per Dr. Patrick Jones.

When you were talking about plantain healing stinging nettle bites I remembered my childhood. We as kids were spanked 🥲with stinging nettle for bad behavior, can you imagine stinging nettle on little kids butts 😩
We used plantain leaves to help with pain and swelling, but it was painful. It’s a cultural thing, parents do it over there 😭Now I’m a mom of two and even when my kids really piss me off, I can’t imagine hitting them or using stinging nettle. Anyway, plantain was my first aid herb. I have broadleaf growing in the yard now. I don’t have as many as you, but I grow feverfew, echinacea, motherwort, valerian, catnip, boneset, lemon balm, lavender and a few more. Maybe I will do an herbal tour on my channel too soon. I did order a lot of dried herbs and roots last year and made tinctures of them. Also glycerites for kids. Slowly building my apothecary. And of course I want to grow more of my own herbs. There is nothing better than freshly harvested medicinal herb)

Oh and those two you don’t know what they are, the one with pink flowers looks like sweet William Catchfly, but that’s just a guess

I don’t even know what to say about the stinging nettle spankings, I understand different cultures have different views, but like you said-as a mom, I can’t even imagine. I am so sorry you had that happen to you! I can imagine plantain is a very important herb to you when I was the healer of such hurt.
I love the herbs you chose to grow! Powerful and beautiful healers! And when you made your own remedies, don’t you love how you know exactly what’s in your medicine and the lovely aroma that comes with it? I hope you do do a tour!
And thank you for the idea of what that pink flower is!

I bought most of my seeds from strictlymedicinialseeds.com they have the best quality and best variety around. Also, Richo Cech is my hero!

Your tour videos are absolutely awesome. But I should stop watching - my seed budget is screaming as I order more :D Also, for those based outside the English speaking countries, it would be great if you added the Latin binomial name of the plant on the screen.

The pleurisy root always gets aphids for about two weeks, then they move on.
