You noted that they were in the desert but you could hear the ocean. They have a saying where they tell ARMY something like: "With you, even the desert turns into an ocean."
@@naffy113 That's what I was thinking, that it's hinting at their hidden track, Sea! I also didn't notice the ocean sounds at the beginning and end of the song till another reactor mentioned it. I was too busy looking at them and the scenery and lyrics, lol.
it goes even deeper than this and even Sea, actually. From their debut, Namjoon has always talked about being in a desert and striving to reach the ocean. (The metaphor even appears in (one of) the hidden track(s) at the end of 2 Cool for Skool.) At the point that we get to Sea, Namjoon confesses that they've found 'the ocean' but that it really might just be a blue desert (feeling that their current level of fame was fragile and superficial (and also scary, in some ways, just as scary as 'the desert). But recently, he said the quote OP stated, being both literal (as they were in Vegas, literally in the desert), and figurative (meaning that even in their dark times, ARMY keeps them going). That metaphor itself has traveled with them from 2013.
Oh Lindsey, if you knew the things we know : you will need boxes of tissues There are layers of emotions with BTS and one doesn’t need to be encyclopedia to feel This is why BTS spoke to all It doesn’t matter if you are one day old army or pre-debut fan with BTS, one never walks alone
This video has tons of references to past music videos. The blue swing is from spring day mv and the train as well. The statue is from blood sweat and tears. Also the movements as well. When v’s Hands turn into like a frame that is from spring day. Pretty much everything and each movement has meaning.
Here's something else to choke you up - Their debut song on June 13, 2013 was No More Dream. It was their first music video too. So the first time I "met" BTS was them pulling up in a school bus, piling out and performing No More Dream. Now, nine years later, they finish their song beside a school bus then board it and calmly sit inside to wait for the next chapter of their careers to begin. It just gives me chills to think about how they chose to end this "chapter" of their lives.
desert with sea sounds is a reference to their hidden song Sea from 2017 (means it was only released on physical albums for army) "This place that I thought was the *sea* was actually a *desert* and our second name was “idols from a small agency with no connections” We were cut from broadcast countless times To fill in for someone was our dream Some said we won’t be able to make it big because we’re from a small company I know I know I know as well The days when seven of us tried to sleep in one room The faith we had before falling asleep that tomorrow would be different The mirage of a *desert* Though I could see its form, I couldn’t grasp it I prayed that we would survive in this *desert* that felt endless I prayed that it wasn’t reality Eventually the mirage was caught by us and became reality, and the *desert* we feared got filled with our blood, sweat, and tears to become the *sea* But what are these fears among all this happiness? We know too well that this place was originally a *desert* I don’t want to cry, I don’t want to rest (No, how about resting just for a bit) (No no no) I don’t want to lose, this was originally a *desert* (Well, then we have to run) (Well, we have to cry more)"
"No choreography", but you're still able to analyze and portray your feelings and understanding of what is happening in the video. Thank you, many reaction videos are so superficial, but your reaction doesn't seem like it. I truly love that about you, true and honest, and smart, not some superficial sh**.
Facts 💜 that’s how you know when people genuinely connect with BTS. Without knowledge and pre-occupied understanding of anything at all about them but ” when you know, you just know. You.just.know. “ That’s how I rolled myself into BTS as well :’( She is smart and well spoken and genuinelt truthful to her emotions.
It's fun to watch someone who doesn't know all the references yet, because your reaction illustrates what BTS is so good at--getting their message through on an emotional level, whether you know anything about them or not. Welcome to the Love, and the Lovers. It brings the tears many times, and if you checked out many other reactors to this song, you would definitely see you are not alone in your tears. I would say the definition of an ARMY is not that they are a fan, but that they are IN LOVE with BTS. It's a love affair BTS doesn't want to end any more than we do, and every song they make is a love letter to us in one way or another. ". . . Promise we'll keep on coming back for more." 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I would add that we have gotten so used to the word love meaning only romantic love, that this kind of love between BTS and ARMY is not often called love. But I think you make a good point that it is love, like between family or friends where you just want the best for the other person (people).
I was thinking exactly the same.... Bout the ocean, the phrase "you never walk alone" and some other things in other videos also... But I LOVE how she reacts to them, with so much emotion 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Borahae ARMY
I think it does credit to your sensitivity as an artist that even without knowing all the references to their history, you felt the soft gravity of their words in tingles and tears. 💜
The sea in the desert is from an ARMY TIME message: "If we're together, even the desert becomes the sea." The carousel and shoes are from Spring Day, and the angel statue is from BST. They are reminiscing the past in the MV while looking forward to what comes next.
Yes, we did cry! It was a crying session for ARMYs when this dropped. :’) Although you may still have a lot of MVs to watch and BTS moments to experience to be able to fully grasp what the whole video was about, I LOVED EVERYTHING YOU SAID. I’m just so glad that their love for ARMYs was able to transcend to you-you felt that! It was genuine; it was real! So, thank you! Borahae Recommendation for choreo vid: (since they’ve been releasing old practice vids of some songs recently) hope you can react to BEST OF ME. Footwork is fire!
Even though your journey has only just started, you totally got their message and what they stand for! 💜 Once you watch more of their MVs, you'll understand the visual references. Thank you for another reaction and respecting our boys~
Pretty much everything in this music video all the props, the outfits, hand gestures, to their sitting arrangements at the beginning and the end are references to their older music videos. There are a lot but one I will mention right away is in their debut music video No More Dream from 2013 it starts with them on a school bus and they get off of it and now 9 years later they are back on the school bus.
🙋♀️ I cried like a little baby watching the MV premiere. Also, thank you. What you said about them after the reaction was so beautiful. Made me cry again!!!
Everything in the MV was a reference to an older MV, but this proves that their music has the ability to move people even if they don't know all the references. Little did we know what was coming the next day. Thanks for reacting.
This MV, this song, the references from other eras... everything is very special, emotional and beautiful. I liked your reaction. This month is the boys' debut anniversary month. The 13th (today), to be more specific, is their debut day. But during the first half of June they release several content for this celebration, which is called BTS Festa. And among these contents are never-before-seen dance videos. You should definitely react. I'm looking forward to it. You will love.
This song was such a sentimental present to ARMY. Every single thing in this video represents their past. You should watch an explanation video of this. It will help newer ARMY.
Every outfit, every prop, all relics from past videos. Armies all over the world are bawling their eyes out 💜 the video feels like a hug and a goodbye at the same time. We're all praying it's not yet! Thank you for sharing your reaction, it's truly wonderful to see what someone who doesn't know the references gets out of it, amazing to know we're not the only ones crying! Borahae 💜💜💜
Their music really touches everyones soul.. I’m crying like a baby too when I watched it ,also The Magic Shop really makes me emotional.. The new song of JK My You.. you really need to see that too..💜
I bawled my eyes out for hours. That last scene in the bus was full of meaning: the bus was from their first music video, but they're now sitting in it. The way they sit and how the camera pans was exactly like their mv from Spring Day. The sound of the ocean in the desert was very significant (i think someone in the comments have explained this one). The angel in the dessert was similar to the angel in Blood,Sweat,Tears mv. The Ford truck was also from another old mv (was it I Need U or Run? Someone my brain can't remember). Train was from Spring Day (actually there was a lot of Spring Day reminiscence). Basically they're saying that they're closing this chapter and starting a new one together with Army.
I so agree!!!!! I would watch the explanation video first or at least rewatch the mv after, the mv means so much more when you know what's actually going on. To many scenes can be taken in a different way. Still amazing though which ever way you watch it. 🙂🙂💜💜
The shoes is a reference to their beginnings, their debut. The statue is from Blood, Sweet & Tears. This is closure to their first chapter of their discography. The new material is them going forward in a more mature way. Yes you hear the ocean, another reference to the BTS universe…we all cry
This mv is so emotional, powerful, all the references, their history, the narratives. But even if you don't get the references they convey the emotions perfectly. And everyone can feel it.
I was missing your reactions Lindsey and especially with the slew of dance practices that Hybe (BTS' company ) released for their anniversary I was eager to see your reactions. I was surprised to see this reaction since there is no dance choreography, but I love that you did. It was great to see a reaction from someone so new to BTS who does not have the background and so sees this MV with a different perspective that is just as valid. It fascinated me that the music and MV was emotional to you and hit you even without having the backstory because you appreciate their extraordinary impact and exceptional courage.
I have only been ARMY since 9/8/2020….and you are a new ARMY ….yet we are moved and are able to understand the message presented because of their masterful performance. Their message comes through every visual, lyrical and melodic nuance we input while watching and listening. Every time we watch or listen we receive a positive message or even find a new message or meaning intended just for ourselves. We each get what we need from BTS! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
It’s so interesting to see someone react to this who has no idea about all the references. Even without knowing you see what BTS wants to show even if you are only on the first layer of this journey. The emotion resonates
"you never walk alone" goes much deeper when you go through the "spring day" mv and explanation(s) experience. in fact, this entire video is nostalgia. considering that they are taking a break as a group and military service looms, the poignant scene at the end has even greater meaning.
Welcome to Team Waterfall! 😂😭 I sobbed too. There is something about seeing them so happy together on the bus in the end, and knowing that they are finally getting the praise and recognition they deserve, that is both so beautiful and so heartwrenching. 💜 we love our humble kings!
Thats why there loved so much...we need them at these terrible times....They and there music just comforts you in so many ways....I can't get enough of them....There so wonderful
The last scene on the bus reminded me of what RM said several times in interviews: "It's like the seven of us are on a boat, looking in different directions but going the same way. That’s how I describe BTS." I cried when I watched this because the song felt like they're gonna be away for a long time.
This song had be balling like a 3 year old and I’m 48. I’ve been ARMY since 2017 following closely their career. To hear my boys that the past was the best as a group BUT their individual selves best is yet to come hit me so hard! To know they started with their No More Dream song which begins with them on a school bus fighting unrealistic expectations to ending this chapter with them recreating the Spring Day scene but on the school bus is so symbolic. BTS always hits differs.
I am an old guy who used to make my living playing country music back in the 80s and 90s. I've been playing jazz for the last 20 years or so. I am ALL IN on the K-Pop. Watching this video was the first time I've heard this song and I loved it instantly. I discovered K-Pop through Blackpink and am a huge fan of theirs. I love what you are doing here. Keep up the great work. 👍
The Train to the Ocean from Spring Day, stranded on the sand, made me start sobbing, then Hobi doing his Sunshine Smile made me smile, then the Churchy B3 on the School Bus? Right back to Tears 💜🫰🏾💙
This MV is all about reminiscing last 9 years of their journey. It has a lot of scenes, props, vehicles and even members' outfits that link back to their old MVs. By the time vedio ended I had big fat tears streaming down my face bcuz I know significance of every single one of them. I'm can't really tell you about it all as you will have to see the old MVs to know the meaning behind them but I'm gonna tell you the meaning behind the last scene So the bus you see in almost the end is from their debut single. It's where they started. So by going in that bus again they are sort of completing the circle you could say. As they have been saying that this is the end of chapter 1 and from here onwards starts chapter 2 of their musical journey Also its totally fine to get emotional we all are humans after all See you soon
Welcome to ARMY, Lindsey :) Now you're getting what we feel pretty much on a daily basis when listening to their music or watching their content or looking at their pictures and reading their posts. They are this incredible source of never ending positive energy that just.... envelop you in a warm hug. The message you pointed out "You Never Walk Alone"? That's the essence of it, because no matter where you go and what you experience, BTS and ARMY are always there RIGHT beside you. I know it may sound corny but it's absolutely true that "BTS find you when you need them most". I can vouch for the accuracy of that as it happened to me despite my initial skepticism, and in all my years as an avid music lover I have NEVER experienced anything like it. It's one of the best feelings in the world :) Borahae! 💜💜💜💜
Yes, I cried too, surprising myself; your reaction was very relatable, and I agree with your analysis of your emotions. In fact, I think this part of the reason why they have such a strong following: At the height of fame and success, they still remain such decent, relatable, humble people with such good intentions. It's always surprising and refreshing.
Literally everything in that video was scenes from past music videos. I caught spring day, run, no more dream, I need u, and more. So emotional for sure.
Believe me, I think most of us cried. There was a hopeful feeling to it but also a bittersweet underlying feeling. Your commentary on this was beautiful! Thank you 💜
The bus they’re on at the end when you teared up is the same bus that they rode in on for their debut music video! Literally showing their start and their past going forward into the future. It’s almost like they’re taking their old baby debut selves with them as they continue to grow and climb and create!
The desert symbolizes their hardships of the past and the ocean symbolizes their reprieve, their comfort after surviving the "desert." There are many symbols from past videos, all of the props are from past videos, they all have a meaning. They have also reenacted some scenes like the carosel, the bus, the truck etc.
Welcome to Army! I feel like these boys come into your life when you need them! They came in when it was getting dark for me and saved my life. I'm glad they helped you out!
Every single thing in this song/video - the order the group sits in, their clothing, lyrics, every prop and almost every body movement - is a callback to songs, events, and MVs from their past!
There are lost of references to others songs ( MV), and that despite everything , the best is yet to come. And You’re Such a empathetic and sensible soul.
Yes, the more I watch the more I cry. The video hits people differently, for those who know all their music (and can recognise all the references to their past mvs) to those who don't (but still get nostalgic feeling) but everyone can enjoy it and take the message they need from it. I agree with you that they use their platform so well to bring joy and positivity to the world. They personify positivity and love despite all the hate and hardships, they are so inspiring. The world is getting more cruel and it seems to be that hurting others and negativity is the trending form of entertainment lately. Positivity and kindness is refreshing. Love your reaction.
It's AMAZING that this song/music video brought tears to your eyes, considering that you're a new ARMY and have just barely scratched the BTS surface. This video is full of references from their past, of course you don't know that because you're a new ARMY, and yet it touched your heart & soul. Imagine how ARMY that been with them since their beginning feel. ARMY that saw all their past references in the video (like me), fell apart and cried through the whole thing. What BTS did to ARMY on this beautiful video is equivalent to what a parent would do to a child by putting together a collage showing the beginning & growth of the family as a whole. It's almost like recreating childhood pictures.
There are so many drops from their past MV’s incorporated into this song. It’s an anthem of their past works that were meaningful to them. Run, Blood Sweat and Tears, Spring Day. So many! It’s the closing of their chapter 1 after almost 10 years together. This MV makes me cry with happiness every time I watch it. Thank you for pointing out all of the key points.
2:40 seated arrangement is like from Just One Day 2:48 might be from Fake Love Jin's part near the end of choreo 3:49 From Spring Day 4:37 statue Blood Sweat and Tears MV 4:42 white shoes from Spring day MV 6:06 train from Spring Day MV 6:29 I might be reaching but this move I think I've seen from spring day MV at the end?? 🤣 6:37 Blood Sweat and Tears MV V does it to Jin.. here they switch roles 🤌😭 6:40 bus from No More Dream MV 7:21 Jin does this in Spring Day MV 7:46 this scene also Spring Day Well that's all I can think off from my mind atm.. 💜 y'all welcome
This is a great song for all of Army to enjoy together! 💜 Would love to see you react to No More Dream by BTS!! It's their debut song, I wonder what you would have to say about how their choreography has changed 🤔
I was bawling, like ugly cry bawling, watching Yet To Come. All the references in their old music videos brought memories of me pushing every day, doing better every day, and fighting alongside BTS with their music and message. Yes, they taught me that we are never alone in this grind called life and that goodness, hard work, and a good character pay off even if the world doesn't seem to value these things anymore. Also, even though it may seem I am insignificant, I matter. These 7 dudes taught me all these and more. I love watching your BTS journey Lindsey!
Lindsey, you're an amazing reactor. I first watched your reactions for your discussion on BTS's choreography, but your comments on their lyrics are so on point and insightful as well. Thank you.
I LOVED EVERY WORD YOU SAID SO SO MUCH. Thank you for loving them. BTS & all of us together will change this shitty world day by day, song by song. 🙏🏽🫶🏼💜
I cried after a few watches as I recognized all the callbacks to old music videos, getting on the bus that they got off in their debut mv, the ocean sounds, all the Spring Day references, all the outfits, the gestures, all the while singing that they will keep going and continue to create great moments. As soon as I heard the title would be Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment), I thought it was amazing. Just because we get older doesn't mean we don't have to not look forward to things. We can still have beautiful moments in the now and future while still acknowledging the beautiful moments of the past.
I definitely cried too. This video is full of references to their past videos and songs. There is are a couple of explanation videos out there that detail all the hidden messages which would be great for a new Army who hasn't seen all their videos to check out.
I love what you said about choreography I once saw a contemporary dance show where dancers stand still except for one moment where one of them jump so high A real momentum
Watching someone who didn’t see that all those were literal references to past videos, outfits, sets, movements, even how they were sitting, but still feeling the emotions that were being portrayed shows the brilliance of BTS. Easter eggs for new army to come back too and cry all over again. Thanks for your reaction!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
The Live concert today for Festa and release of Proof Album was sooo good! A must see! It is all vocals(non dance) but they are even better live! Just see it for your own enjoyment.
Lindseyyyy! I cried enough! And here I am crying again. Beautiful words you said there in the end.. You being baby ARMY, myb not fully understanding the visual references in the videos BUT still feel their words and emotions, and being touched by it like the rest of us do... Just makes me feel so proud of being ARMY. The guys are genuine and it shows... And you are right, the world is so shitty these days but they still can remain beautiful inside despite the hurdles they've gone thru. They truly make me wanna be a better person. 😭
Crying and getting emotional while watching BTS? Welcome to the club! First couple of times it happened to me, I felt embarrassed and wondering what's wrong with me. Later I found out it happens to most Armies. In contrast with the cruel world we live in, BTS are so pure innocent and sincere that tears, smiles and overwhelming emotions are streaming out of all of us all the time. Thank you for this beautiful reaction 💜
Its an insightful reaction. After you have watched a lot more bts videos, you can come back and watch this again…and then cry like a baby like the rest of us Army did…
You're not the only one who got emotional. I'm still getting emotional watching reactors get emotional. What's interesting to me was there were so many references to their old MVs , it felt so nostalgic. But since you are BBy ARMY, and haven't seen all those MVs yet, it surprised me that you also got emotional. Just shows how good our boys are at story telling. Thank6for reacting to this Lindsey 💜💜💜
It was so beautiful to see you get emotional without knowing any of the references in this music video. It shows BTS' power with their music. As you may imagine, the ARMYs who knew the references were crying hard bc of the references they already understood + the power of BTS' music. I cried so hard while watching this m/v. My crying started when I saw their black pickup truck at the beginning of the video. The black pickup truck is a reference to their BTS fictional universe and storyline of youth, finding yourself, loving yourself, and looking for unity with the test of time travel.
Hi Lindsey, it's amazing that even without knowing all the references the video still hit you in the heart. That's how BTS gets you hooked, they get you in your heart. They're so real and pure that sometimes all you feel is just raw emotion. So no, you were not the only one to get emotional watching this video. If you watch their Spring Day and Blood Sweat and Tears videos (perhaps you can react to those as well, Spring Day was one of the first songs that I fell in love with and had on repeat and just had to learn the Korean words to it when I first started watching BTS), you may recognize some of the symbols in this video. Love your reactions.
yesss that's what so many people said!! which goes to show you how great they are at getting their message across bc I didn't know any of the references! I will def check out those videos too thank you!
I cried the first time I saw the video and off and on each time I watch it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the video and to speaking to all BTS has overcome in the music and entertainment industry.
Lindsey, I think the biggest compliment I can give is to say to you--I hope BTS will get to see this reaction. As a baby ARMY, you're already getting it! Thanks for sharing your emotions and thoughts with us! 💜
I cried… and all those backgrounds (bus, angel, train, etc…) were in their past videos. The bus scene at ghe end us the train scene at the end if Spring Day MV😢 They were going on hiatus due to their military service, so this MV is saying goodbye for now, but we’re coming back because… our best is yet yo come.
I love your explanation and your empathy for MV. And don´t pay a lot of attention to people who try to convince you that the video is a repetition of their previous ones. Maybe, but your feeling /seeing/ is amazing. I didn't cry, but I had goosebumps too. Borahae
Thank you for reaction. I’m touched by your emotion. Trust me I would be the last person would feel anything by others reaction to BTS but you did today. Let’s go BTS and ARNY! Love conquers all truly. I have hope for our children because of people like you. Thanks again. God bless.
There are about 50 plus Easter eggs in there! xCeleste has a explanation video already, you should react to it and then take notes of all the videos it refers to and react to them. Dancing is great with them, but you get now that they are soooo deep, they love us like we love them. 💜💜💜
Hearing what you said at the end, now you sound like a true army 💜 we fight and defend our boys because they have been through so much and every single thing they do will make you cry in some way lol 😅 welcome to the army+BTS world!
you get it. you totally get it. everything you took away from this video is exactly what they were hoping to convey through this MV and the song itself. and yes I cried too😭
I’ve followed them since 2018 and I feel like they are my children that have grown into extremely successful young men. I’m just so proud of each and every one of their achievements.
I'm so excited for you to look back at this video after watching all the other music videos and discovering the imagery is the story of their career and how far they've come! I wish I could rewatch BTS all over again for the first time. That's why I love your videos so much.
Actually yet to come includes a lot of reference of their hit song at 2017, Spring Day. Yet to Come MV resembles a lot of Spring Day's MV, and if you go down to the rabbit hole of BTS, I think you will find Yet to Come 1000x emotional that now you're feeling😆
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching these two videos how that explain a lot of the references; -Xceleste’s explanation video or references -BacktoTheBasic channel references video I definitely almost cried. No judgement though.
You noted that they were in the desert but you could hear the ocean. They have a saying where they tell ARMY something like: "With you, even the desert turns into an ocean."
Wow! I didn't know that, thank you! I always just assumed they did that because desserts are formed in places that were once bodies of waters.
It's also definitely a reference to their hidden song "Sea" and has connections with the BU!
@@naffy113 That's what I was thinking, that it's hinting at their hidden track, Sea! I also didn't notice the ocean sounds at the beginning and end of the song till another reactor mentioned it. I was too busy looking at them and the scenery and lyrics, lol.
yep. Also, some army think its a reference to their song Sea.
it goes even deeper than this and even Sea, actually.
Oh Lindsey, if you knew the things we know : you will need boxes of tissues
There are layers of emotions with BTS and one doesn’t need to be encyclopedia to feel
This is why BTS spoke to all
It doesn’t matter if you are one day old army or pre-debut fan with BTS, one never walks alone
Beautifully put 💜
Yes exactly this. Every little thing in the video is a representation of each songs and I love all the concept of it
yep yep
well said Lindsey 🙏 i feel the same for these 7 amazing human beings.. our angels here on earth. they deserve the best always. 💜
you know what? I'm literally crying while reading your comment
This video has tons of references to past music videos. The blue swing is from spring day mv and the train as well. The statue is from blood sweat and tears. Also the movements as well. When v’s Hands turn into like a frame that is from spring day. Pretty much everything and each movement has meaning.
Yes the white shoes is also from spring day mv... The bus is from their first song No more dream
Here's something else to choke you up - Their debut song on June 13, 2013 was No More Dream. It was their first music video too. So the first time I "met" BTS was them pulling up in a school bus, piling out and performing No More Dream. desert with sea sounds is a reference to their hidden song Sea from 2017 (means it was only released on physical albums for army)
"This place that I thought was the *sea* was actually a *desert*
and our second name was “idols from a small agency with no connections”
We were cut from broadcast countless times
To fill in for someone was our dream
Some said we won’t be able to make it big because we’re from a small company
I know I know I know as well
The days when seven of us tried to sleep in one room
The faith we had before falling asleep that tomorrow would be different
The mirage of a *desert*
Though I could see its form, I couldn’t grasp it
I prayed that we would survive in this *desert* that felt endless
I prayed that it wasn’t reality
Eventually the mirage was caught by us and became reality,
and the *desert* we feared got filled with our blood, sweat, and tears to become the *sea*
But what are these fears among all this happiness?
We know too well that this place was originally a *desert*
I don’t want to cry, I don’t want to rest
(No, how about resting just for a bit)
(No no no)
I don’t want to lose, this was originally a *desert*
(Well, then we have to run)
(Well, we have to cry more)"
❤
"No choreography", but you're still able to analyze and portray your feelings and understanding of what is happening in the video.

Borahae
Recommendation for choreo vid: (since they’ve been releasing old practice vids of some songs recently) hope you can react to BEST OF ME.
You are so right - the fact that BTS went through all those terrible things and still kept their inner beauty is astonishing.
🙋♀️ I cried like a little baby watching the MV premiere. Also, thank you. What you said about them after the reaction was so beautiful. Made me cry again!!!
SO GLAD YOU ARE NOW PART OF ARMY, THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THEY MAKE EVERYONE FEEL. IT BEAUTIFUL AND CAN BE LIFE CHANGING. VERY POWERFUL.
I agree
This song was such a sentimental present to ARMY. Every single thing in this video represents their past. You should watch an explanation video of this. It will help newer ARMY.
You should definitely check the dance practices that they released during Festa, think you will really enjoy them !
thank you for your commentary, this just proves that their mv and music cam deliver the right message even if you dont know yet the entire references.
The new song of JK My You.. you really need to see that too..💜
In the last 2 hours, the world collectively cried together. If you know, you know.
Oh dear, You need to watch their Spring Day MV and the explanation video !! 😍😍😘😘
The shoes are from the Spring Day video
Yes, your right, I was just trying to type fast before I started crying again
The shoes represent a tragic accident happened in Korea that costs many young lives. You can find the Spring Day explanation video on UA-cam
That’s how I describe BTS."
I cried when I watched this because the song felt like they're gonna be away for a long time.
This is proof that Army doesn't need the whole story to be moved by them! Borahae Lindsey, you are a true Army. 💜
Hi! A lot of their, words, movements and face expressions are from older MV's. :) + artifacts and clothes.
Aww, Lindsey!! Your reaction made me cry as well!! The boys are just too angelic for words. Love your reactions....can’t wait for more.
I'm can't really tell you about it all as you will have to see the old MVs to know the meaning behind them but I'm gonna tell you the meaning behind the last scene
So the bus you see in almost the end is from their debut single. It's where they started. So by going in that bus again they are sort of completing the circle you could say. As they have been saying that this is the end of chapter 1 and from here onwards starts chapter 2 of their musical journey
Also its totally fine to get emotional we all are humans after all
See you soon
The props of the scene of each member and the members (together) are symbolic references to their past songs.
Not only did I cry watching the video, I'm crying watching you react to it. Good stuff. I can't wait to see you see more of the bangtan universe! 💜💜💜
Lindsey, you totally get BTS & their message! Love your reactions!!
Aaahhh....my tears won't stop everytime I heard this. love how you expressed your feeling about them, thank you Lindsey.
Simple but strong message ... hope !!! Of course I cry, I still don't understand ... because I don't cry for nothing. BTS FOREVER
The desert symbolizes their hardships of the past and the ocean symbolizes their reprieve, their comfort after surviving the "desert."
There are many symbols from past videos, all of the props are from past videos, they all have a meaning. They have also reenacted some scenes like the carosel, the bus, the truck etc.
Welcome to Army! I feel like these boys come into your life when you need them! They came in when it was getting dark for me and saved my life. I'm glad they helped you out!
You tuned into the core of their attractivenesss. They have integrity in world that is so rough and yet are able to deliver such beauty.
Oh I was straight up sobbing you’re not alone
2:40 seated arrangement is like from Just One Day
2:48 might be from Fake Love Jin's part near the end of choreo
3:49 From Spring Day
4:37 statue Blood Sweat and Tears MV
4:42 white shoes from Spring day MV
6:06 train from Spring Day MV
6:29 I might be reaching but this move I think I've seen from spring day MV at the end?? 🤣
6:37 Blood Sweat and Tears MV V does it to Jin.. here they switch roles 🤌😭
6:40 bus from No More Dream MV
7:21 Jin does this in Spring Day MV
7:46 this scene also Spring Day
Well that's all I can think off from my mind atm.. 💜 y'all welcome
This is a great song for all of Army to enjoy together! 💜
Would love to see you react to No More Dream by BTS!! It's their debut song, I wonder what you would have to say about how their choreography has changed 🤔
You might also recognize the bus from this MV, it appears in No More Dream 😉
I cried watching you cry. Thank you for appreciating bts and truly understanding the love for them. 💜
💜 BTS can't solve my problems, but they keep me positive enough to hang on while I figure things out.
I support them knowing others rely on them too.
yay that's bts for you!! using their platform to spread kindness and pure love 🥺 thank you for your reaction!! 🥺💜
I love what you said about choreography
I once saw a contemporary dance show where dancers stand still except for one moment where one of them jump so high
A real momentum
Watching someone who didn’t see that all those were literal references to past videos, outfits, sets, movements, even how they were sitting, but still feeling the emotions that were being portrayed shows the brilliance of BTS. Easter eggs for new army to come back too and cry all over again. Thanks for your reaction!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
The Live concert today for Festa and release of Proof Album was sooo good! A must see! It is all vocals(non dance) but they are even better live! Just see it for your own enjoyment.
They started in the school bus with No More Dreams MV... also other MVs symbolism is represented in the Desert.
I cried the 1st 40 seconds of the video and cried the entire way with chills
Its an insightful reaction. After you have watched a lot more bts videos, you can come back and watch this again…and then cry like a baby like the rest of us Army did…
"You never walk alone" is the name of a song from them it has a beautiful message and the swing wheel scene was recreated from the spring day mv
You're not the only one in tears ;) 💜 Love your beautiful reactions for BTS :)💜🦋
I m crying. Everytime when i hear this song, many meaning
ARMY💜
Lindsey, I think the biggest compliment I can give is to say to you--I hope BTS will get to see this reaction. As a baby ARMY, you're already getting it! Thanks for sharing your emotions and thoughts with us! 💜
I cried… and all those backgrounds (bus, angel, train, etc…) were in their past videos. The bus scene at ghe end us the train scene at the end if Spring Day MV😢
They were going on hiatus due to their military service, so this MV is saying goodbye for now, but we’re coming back because… our best is yet yo come.
Thanks for you beautiful commentary…you are so right about them!
Hearing what you said at the end, now you sound like a true army 💜 we fight and defend our boys because they have been through so much and every single thing they do will make you cry in some way lol 😅 welcome to the army+BTS world!
you get it. you totally get it. everything you took away from this video is exactly what they were hoping to convey through this MV and the song itself. and yes I cried too😭
5:37 the flowers are smeraldo flowers
Everything is a reference to all their MVs. The last scene of the school bus is from their debut MV
I’ve followed them since 2018 and I feel like they are my children that have grown into extremely successful young men. I’m just so proud of each and every one of their achievements.
Yes you get it. Yes I cryed Off course they are so humble unik pure people. Welcome To the army 💜
I'm so excited for you to look back at this video after watching all the other music videos and discovering the imagery is the story of their career and how far they've come! I wish I could rewatch BTS all over again for the first time. That's why I love your videos so much.
And yes.I cried a lot!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching these two videos how that explain a lot of the references;
-Xceleste’s explanation video or references
-BacktoTheBasic channel references video
I definitely almost cried. No judgement though.
