I've been planning this for a while now and I'm glad that I was able to finish it! I always wanted to make one centered on these two, they were my favorite couple from any show, ever. If there was anyone I truly shipped (in which I'm not much of a shipper), It would be these two. Their relationship was complex, it had it's up's and down's, and even in the end the idea of trust and betrayal overcame each other. I wanted this video to not only focus on their relationship, but how Tara's death changed Jax's life in the end. He wanted to find the "proof" to her death. I also imagined that when he saw the semi truck coming for him, his final thoughts were of Tara (in which I imagined that b&w shot).
I also have to give a shoutout to Jbauerfan08 who makes some of the best Jax&Tara vids out there. His newest one definitely encouraged me to pick this one up and finish it. You guys should definitely check out some of his videos. He makes wonderful videos for SOA in general as well!

Anyways, this video absolutely killed my emotions, so I won't be surprised if I kept doing more videos like this in the near future. Also, be on the lookout for a Tara video soon!! :)

Well, I think someone needs psychiatric help in the comments section. I was always on Team Tara. The only poisonous woman in that show was Gemma. As far as I'm concerned, she was evil and got what she deserved. Tara did her best and in the end, died for something she didn't even do. Great video! Oh, and anyone thinking Tara is whiney or weak, go back to season 2 and when she attacks that admin woman. Awesome!

Absolutely! I agree 100%! Funny how Jax and Gemma could lie, kill, sneak, cheat then repeat them all over again and Taras the bad guy. I HATED Gemma. And honestly, the way Jax treated Tara the last season? Didn’t care much for him either. Oh and Wendy? When he F***ed her in the last season? I quit. Didn’t finish watching after that

I love Jax don't get me wrong and I love his relationship with Tara, definitely my favourite couple from the show however a lot of the times I felt he didn't deserve her, and the way she was so brutally killed broke me. She deserved so much better and I know Jax loved her more than anyone other than the kids I wish he never cheated on her.
Jax's story was tragic.
The young man was born into that life, yet he - like his father - had so much self-awareness of how wrong every decision was, even before Jax had Abel, he knew things were going in the wrong direction, but being born into it he was destined to never break that cycle and unfortunatly, Gemma, never wanted him to either. The end-game goal consumed him, because all he knew was Samcro, so ofcourse the club would be part of the ending goal. It's tragic he never had the guts to give the president badge away and leave the responsibility to someone else and get his children, wife & himself out.

Jax and Tara were my favorite couple in the show before much of their relationship was destroyed in Season 6. The season finale gave me a bit of hope for them when Jax finally decided to do the right thing by turning himself in to the authorities and giving Tara his blessing to take herself and the kids out of Charming. But then Tara died. The moment that happened, the show lost something. Something special. Something important. It turned Jax from an interesting, conflicted protagonist to a empty, murderous vessel. It's the reason why I hated him through most of Season 7. It took him until the series finale to honor Tara's wishes which he should have done from the start instead of losing himself in violent, selfish rage that brought the show's body count to a whole new level. xHeather360x, could it be possible for you to do a video on Tig and Venus? Through the last two seasons of the show, those two became my favorite couple on there. Their relationship is so touching and unique.

Awwh, man, this was absolutely beautiful. It highlighted their relationships and struggles perfectly. I can never forgive what Gemma did to her (and that entitlement she felt). She just couldn't let Jax be his own man.

At 3:02 the look on his face 'why are you so upset?" about sums it up. She's going to prison for saving your club. She knows your MOTHER will have control of her children because YOU are running a 'club'. That means 'croweaters' will be minding the children, while the Queen is making as much trouble for the pimp as possible. That means you betray your wife, in so many ways, with the clear expectation that she 'understands' everything and is still believing in you! These are such good videos. I'm late to SOA, but have watched the series 3 times through and find new reasons each time to strongly dislike Gemma and lose more and more respect for Jax...

Again..one of the many contributions Queenie Gemma supplied. During this time Gemma was losing control of her 20 year plan, Jax was never aware of all the crap she pulled on Tara because Tara tried to handle Gemma on her own, since every frickin time Jackie boy got involved, Mommy used the guilt thang to get her way. Jax was way more loyal to his crazy mother than he ever was to Tara.

I must have watches this half a dozen times since you posted it. Must share with my fellow die hard SOA/Jax and Tara friend. DEFINITELY my all time favorite tribute to them. Thank you so much. The song lyrics with the editing is so perfect. She still believed in him right up until the end, even when she shouldn't have. Because she loved him. I don't blame her, I think he still believed he could fulfill his promises and save his family and his club, even as things went to SHIT. Even though it's over, I still believe that they believed, ya know? That's what makes for an unforgettable story.

I loved the relationship between Jax and Tara. It had it's ups and downs (mostly in s6), but they were perfect for each other.
You've just showcased every major point of it perfectly, and i loved the fact you've added the events that lead her death.

This video is beautiful. Tara's death completely destroyed Jax. They were destined to be together, for better or worse. I only wish Jax could have walked away in Season 5, and Tara had never gotten involved with the whole Otto frame job. I adore this couple and the actors. They are so beautiful together.
This video was breathtaking. I don't think there is a video that describes them so well. I haven't seen the last few seasons but you just captured why I fell in love with them in the first place. This song is so haunting and great.

If Kurt Sutter had followed the right timeline instead of that whole Abel is five thing, Jax and Tara were only together for 3 years. Less than that actually since he went inside for 14 months. They were really only together for three years when teenaged and three years when she came back.

Para muchos puede resultar simple odiar a Tara, o al mismo Jax; acusarlos de que ambos no tenían el suficiente valor o determinación, por sus respectivas posiciones.
En el caso de Tara de matar o huir de Charming por su cuenta, o afrontar la cárcel como si fuese Otto o uno de los Hijos.
En el caso de Jax, dejar el club y salir de Charming, alejarse de todo ese mundo de violencia.
Pero eso ocurre porque en esta época, más que nada desde el 2006 en adelante, vemos el cine y la TV como una gran ficción, que apenas amerita tener un sentido, y que la muerte de alguien no tiene mucha importancia; no como una simulación de lo real, como lo que expresa esta serie y unas pocas otras...
SOA (Sons Of Anarchy) en general, y más específicamente la relación de Jax y Tara, hay que verla desde una perspectiva realista, específicamente realista. Por eso ha los personajes se le nota su evolución, como le afectan las muertes de algún hermano o familiar cercano, como cada pequeña cosa puede cambiarlos, y no solo cambiarlos por 1 capítulo, si no por la serie entera... los marca.
Cuando realmente te preguntas, dejando atrás el ego y las ganas de sentirte Dios, que harías en la posición de Tara, créeme, harías lo mismo que ella hizo de intentar huir de Charming, PROTEGER A SUS HIJOS...
Cuando te pones en la posición de Jax, y llegas a comprender que el Club es su familia, que lo fundó su padre y que la hermandad que une a este es más fuerte que el acero, comprendes sus motivos para no irse.
