It's not that vegans don't want to eat meat for its taste or appearence, it's because of its environmental affect. That's why vegan meat substitutes are so popular, bc they give a plant based option to eat meat-like things :) also makes the transition easier, since you can have your favourite meals and eat "the same" food you did before!
I miss this!! Watching this vlog feels like old times, pre-pandemic! Although Kane still gets hit by something, my worst nightmare when traveling (I got sick in Paris and Istanbul 😕) Hope to see more, but stay healthy!! :-)))))

I find a lot of vegans don't eat the meat replacement products. Vegetarians may, but I actually notice a lot of those products consumed by people trying to limit meat intake for whatever reason. There was some data on this not long ago, though not sure what the differences may be with Bali and places like the US. I just know a lot of vegans that won't eat the meat replacement products.
