@@boika1990 the first right-side talent states that there's a 15% chance of a captain appearing instead of the sea dog, but it doesn't give any boundary for that rule such as "a captain can only appear upon summoning". Thus, this 15% percentage doesn't just apply at the moment you summon, but during other instances too that aren't listed in the talent's description (which, i admit, such a listing should be done). In the timestamp you captured, a captain appeared instead of the sea dog as stated in the talent, but the percentage got triggered when the sea dog collected a treasure on its own tile thanks to sea dog's mana power-up, not from a summon.
