Love Dominica!
It is such a beautiful island... even more so as not many people have even heard about it!
The Nature Isle of the Caribbean, or Kabuli - the indigenous name. DOMINICA is unforgettable..perfect for camping, hiking and alarmingly well preserved. Your video is stunning Sue👌🏽😃
Thank you! Such a beautiful & relatively undiscovered gem. Thoroughly recommended
Thanks you so very much, very lovely. Happy you enjoyed yourself !
I really loved Dominica. Thank you!
wow this waterfall is beautiful!! loved it!! thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed the vid & it is a stunning waterfall! x
Really enjoyed 'visiting' Dominica again. Beautiful video. I was delighted to see that the hot pool on the Layou River has been rebuilt. When I lived in Dominica in the 1970s we used to spend many fun times relaxing in the pool and then plunging in the river for a swim. Sadly it was washed away in one of the Hurricanes but pleased to see it has been rebuilt. I was told that the pool was originally built in the 1950s (??) by the construction team building the nearby bridge. Many thanks.
What amazing memories! Thank you so much for sharing. I'm glad I was able to rekindle a few for you. And I loved that hot pool - so pleased they were able to rebuild it.
We LOVE waterfalls! This looks quite powerful.
Then you would love Dominica! You must go...they're everywhere! x
@@SueWhereWhyWhat Okay will do.
Your videos are amazingly relaxing. Your choice of music along with colour scheme for the text make them really easy to watch. We loved this one in particular as we both love moving water 😊
Thank you for your lovely words! Dominica blew my mind a bit but it's such a beautiful island. Looking forward to meeting you later :)
So beautiful take me with you
It was a beautiful place!
Thanks for the video! Dominica has been a bucket list and I'm glad I will be visiting in Feb! What time of the year did you visit?
You'll love it! I was there in May. You might find it a little busier as we went after the cruise season had finished. But as I learned in St Lucia, if you avoid the times when are at any attractions you want to visit (go earlier or later in the day) you can still have these places to yourself. Enjoy!
Do you remember any landmarks, like the street your air bnb was on, if someone wanted to find the hidden hot spring you went to in Soufriere?? It's so gorgeous, I would love to find it!
The address of the Airbnb was a bit vague but it was called Carrod's & the address as I can see it is Kanawa, Brooklyn, Soufrière, Saint Mark Parish 00109 800, Dominica. Soufriere is tiny though so I'm sure if you ask anyone there, they will be able to direct you. The manager/groundsmen took us & you would need someone to guide you as it would be impossible to find without. If you offer a tip then I'm sure he would oblige. I hope that helps - the only other landmarks were a pig, a boulder moved by the hurricane, a freshwater stream along the way. Good luck! 🙃
Thank you so much!!!
