From my years in math, you need at least 3 objects to find a pattern. Do 3 shoes to write your function because the possibilities are still unlimited with only 2 shoes. Is it 2*2 or 2+2? You could never know until you have a third shoe url to analyze
3:10 bro how did you know to do size minus 6.5 and then *20 in the first place, like I see the relationship between all of the numbers and why the equation works, I just can't see how you recognised the pattern, and don't know how I would recognise it on a different numbering system. If anyone is reading this and understands or has their own method, please try explaining it to me, all help is appreciated, thanks in advance☝🏽
Where else can I find differences in the URL to see how Sizes change rather than the method you've showed. 'cause on some sites I really can't find the link that shows the shoe model along with the size.
Looks interesting, but can you change your font size next time, I can't see your code while I am typing. Otherwise, just zoom in the part you are typing plz. Thank you!
I was able to get this to run in Jupyter notebook and was trying to replicate this success in the mac terminal by saving the code to textedit and running the file in terminal on mac (very new to this so trying to play around and figure out how to run code in diff environments). I get the following error in terminal: SyntaxError: unexpected character after line continuation character Any thoughts?
These seem to be a bit outdated, they don't use the querystring anymore to determine product and side, rather, the full product code is used instead. You may be able to modify POST parameters to pre-select a size, however.... If the product code is a yeezy or pharrell, it redirects you to their landing pages instead. As a pythonist this disappoints me because I think it means you need more javascript driven checkout.
Actually seems to work for me as-is. Though hard to check yeezys/pharrells since they're sold out and can't select a size. Testing the URL in the format shown still takes you to the shoe, though, so it might still work.
