You gotta flip houses though. Flipping houses means you buy a house, decorate it and then sell it to get more money. The "I like this and that" comments that appear during the loading screens are your buyers' comments on your current house or the things that they generally like.

You can redo orders. You have to go to the house you don’t have your office in and sell it for auction. The better the house is to the highest bidders, the more money they will give. There can be certain rooms for certain people, like a home library for the guy who likes books and studying. You can see what he likes and dislikes in the buyers section on your tablet. If you sell it for auction, you can negotiate the price if you have the upgrade. If you upgrade it more, the chances of it being successful is higher. I know this because I have the Unwaced House and know a lot from when I got to the point I am now. It’s fun to buy houses and renovating them quickly and selling them, cause it’s satisfying to see how much you improved it and cause you know your probably gonna get money. The game isn’t over until you finish all orders and renovate all the houses and settle with your dream house. You can start a new game also. I’m not saying I’m mad your stopping, I’m just recommending how to get more content of more stuff.

It seems some people don't know what House Flipping is... Allow me to explain. Step 1 Buy a house. Step 2 Fix it up. Step 3 Profit (sell the house) So far as I could tell what jack has been doing is just some mix of cleaning peoples homes and remodeling, no actual flipping has taken place.
Well, he has yet to get to the main part of the game. his current "home" is actually supposed to be sold. so all the money he gets for the jobs isn't to build his own house, it's to be able to affort to flip the houses that are available to buy in the menu. Once they're all pretty and furnished he can sell them (hence why they each have their value) for higher than he bought them, making more money. if anything the jobs are just various tutorials because they show what he CAN do with the houses he has to flip. So he's only just now completed the tutorial, basically.

Arko Mul Yeah they are. You literally soak cucumbers in vinegar, salt and other stuff for a while to make pickles.

I've really enjoyed this series so far. I do hope you make more of these episodes. Maybe just decorating your own home, which I know you are thinking of doing that already, but please do.
