The only iem who could match them in the comfort department is the Myer SL-41 that I got later because I regretted selling my P5.
This is just an additional example thought on the pricing, but the Performer 5 on Amazon goes down to $165 on sales, plus if you're a member or have prime or something you can also get $20 off; so $145. While giving your hard earned cash to the 'big evil corporations' like Amazon may not be ideal, it's at least a note I feel should be mentioned if you were deciding between the two.

Glad to see this, I recently got myself the Supermix 4 and was pretty let down by its bass performance. There‘s a lot, but it‘s not that textured imo. Went scouting for something else shortly after and the P5+2 caught my attention. Ended up buying it a littler quicker than i usually wait before purchasing, but when they arrived, oh boy. The bass is exactly what i was looking for, clean and it punches me right in the jaw, just how i like it. The upper end is still a little bit zingy at times, but that’s pretty rare tbh and i am quite sensitive to treble anyways (especially my right ear is, for some reason). All in all these were well worth the price, incredible bang for buck if you ask me. Works great with everything in my collection & I‘ve let a couple of my less audio savvy friends try them with their favorite music and they were all blown away. They actually got me so exited for audio again, that shortly after i upgraded my FiiO KA13 to an bass iBasso DC07 Pro and was once more blown away with how great that setup sounded to before.
