I howed off my Kaweco SPort the 2023 Pelikan hub. One person said the cartridge doen't hold much ink; someone else said "You should see the cartridge converter they offer!" and I added, "Yeah, and ue a stub nib with it." The fellow beside me said "They told me I could write a whole letter with this pen. They didn't tell me it was the letter A."
I'm sure the converter is great if one is prone to changing inks often, and it would last a reasonable time with a medium of fine nib. And stub nibs are fun; I might be tempted to use a 1.1 or 1.5 as a daily writer for a time to see if I like it.

Well, these nibs are for calligraphy, not modern cursive writing. Calligraphy pens are usually dip pens and used with an acrylic-based ink (which absolutely destroyed my first fountain pen before I found out the difference :/) I'm very interested in the ability to do calligraphy with the ease of a fountain pen and I'll be checking these out.

I treated myself to a Kaweco replacement nib 1.1 stub to put in my Kaweco sport. I can’t get it to write properly it’s a hard dry start even if I soak the nib in ink. I’ve never had this trouble with any of my other Kaweco sports or perkeo pens can anyone help please?
