    A year late, but I have to give this comment. The girl with the younger brother is awesome. While all 27 year olds are making babies this girl is taking care of the whole family. Awesome girl God bless her and make her deca millionaire if not more.

    Zach from MI, not sure why you're asking anyone from Ramsey about crypto. They don't understand it and don't like it. You need to get info elsewhere. As for me, I've made good money from flipping BTC. It's a part of my portfolio.

    There is a big flaw with your theory. People who pay with cash will often go without what they need when they rum our of cash. People who use credit cards get what they need when they need it without worrying if they have enough money in their pockets. If they run into an emergency and have to use a debit card they could go into overdraft and end up paying overdraft charges to the bank. If they have a credit card they can pay for everything and pay the bill in full at the end of the month.

    • @petefiction
      @petefiction 6 днів тому

      If you are running your debit card to zero, or past zero, you are doing it wrong.

    • @chriskatranis3755
      @chriskatranis3755 6 днів тому

      It is not a matter of doing it right or wrong. If you are forced to use your debit card you just might have to go into overdraft if you have to pay for something that cannot wait. If you use a credit card though, you pay now and pay the bill at the end of the month.

    • @petefiction
      @petefiction 6 днів тому

      @@chriskatranis3755 You are clearly doing it wrong. With my debit card, 1000 is considered zero for me. So if something that isn't planned comes up, I don't go into overdraft. That and I also have an emergency fund on top of that.

    Its funny I use credit card to force me to save money, I put a certain limit each month and I never spend more then that unless its very nessecary which prevent me to spend more of my checking account. Its like forced monthly budget

I don't want to spend that cash that's in my pocket but if it's got to go on the debit I don't feel as bad. Thanks for sharing this video guys. I hope you guys have a great day!

    Using a credit card is much easier than setting an arbitrary $1000 mark as zero. As long as you pay your bill off every month you are fine. You can pay everything with the credit card. That will amalgamate all your bills into one bill that you pay off once a month. It is so easy. You are making things more complicated for nothing. Plus, you can take advantage of points and and money back rewards. You Dave money. I put everything I can on my credit cards and pay them off every month. I have put away a fortune that way. I am a multi millionaire and I did it using credit cards

    Dave is in complete denial on house prices. The truth is 80% of people right now cannot become home owners. ESPECIALLY by his criteria. 100k down on a 400k house is 50% of take home for someone making ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. And don’t tell me to move. There aren’t unlimited jobs everywhere. Cheap places to live are cheap for a reason.

      Most people buy a home on 2 incomes. And that lady did have the 100k. By the way the 20% is the ideal. The main metric is that the payment is no more than 25% of take home pay. There’s a reason for that, you can’t build wealth if you’re house poor.
