For the 45 degree blade you can use a .25 offset. If it is a 60 degree blade you can use a .40 offset. There are two different offsets for the different blades.
Hello how are you, I'm in the process of buying my first cutter for auto clear bra paint protection film. What size printer do you think would be sufficientl to get the job done for me, and could you guys do a class on cutting paint protection film? Thanks Andrew
We generally only do videos on materials we sell. We do not carry any vinyl other than heat transfer vinyl. It would depend on which portion of the vehicle you want to cut materials for. If it is just the front bumper for example, the Graphtec CE-6000 may work. If you are trying to cut materials for the hood and doors as well you may want to step up to a wider format cutter.
You'd want to print on one of our digital materials, like Express Print (available from www.stahls.com), using a printer/cutter like the BN-20, VersaCAMM, or other solvent ink printer.

Could be your cutting strip. It may need replaced.

No, this machine is for cutting only. :) But you can cut digital designs on it with crop marks!
