14:47 learning license is given just after the test, it hardly takes 30 mins. 16:10 medical certificate is required only for the applicants whose age is 40 or more than 40 yrs (Non-transport category) and in the transport category, it is required for all applicants irrespective of their age.

Sir maine june/July 2019 me learning licience ke liye application fill up kiya tha. But slot booking nhi ho pa rha tha to maine waise hi chod diya . Sir jab abhi present me slot booking karne ki koshish kiya to ek error aaya jisme likha tha "Entered application no is approved . Slot booking is not allowed. " to sir iske mujhe kya karna chahie.. please help sir...🙏🙏
