That's funny because I was literally just rewatching the cutie re-mark episodes earlier- Yeah true, it is a little annoying because she definitely didn't have the right to impose what happened to her onto an entire village and try and force the Mane 6 into it. And the way she just didn't let up on stopping the Rainboom was also pretty annoying, like girl at this point, there is no sympathy for you, who even cares about the backstory? But I love her as a non-villain 😊

Honestly, this was me with Stolas. At the beginning he was just some over sexual owl cheating on his wife at the expense of his daughter. And then I found out he was a repressed gay man in an emotionally abusive marriage, and constantly biting his tongue to try and protect his daughter.
Seeing how much of a disaster Blitzø is hits home, in a few ways. I just wanna give the guy hugs, even though he'd probably be annoyed real quick at even the suggestion.
Was a weird plot hole that the writing went from Snow saying, "She poisoned me because she thought I was prettier than her!" to "I wasn't aware that I accidentally got someone you loved kill, and I'm sorry for that." Plenty of other weird plot holes, in OUAT, but that's the large one I tend to wave away because that twist adds a neat storytelling layer to Regina.

The Amazing Digital Circus IS a character-focused show, after all. But I really doubt it'll have much of an effect on how I feel about him... Once his backstory and why he is the way he is is revealed, remind me to come back here and see if I ended up being right or not.
That's valid! Though the backstory may make them more understandable, and adds depth to the character, it still doesn't excuse their actions! My feelings on the character usually end of changing because of the backstory reveal, but that's mostly because I am very soft on fictional characters, especially when they are complex

Depends on the tragic backstory (how well it was written and if it was impactful) and the amount of bad things they did, if it was too much damage they did.... The backstory honestly is probably going to make me more angry. I don't care about the characters tragedy, if they already became a monster that did irreparable damage.
