@Thawne when it comes to stocks you pay what’s called capital gains tax if you buy a stock and sell it within a year the tax premium is higher but if you wait beyond that it’s typically lower this stops people from “short selling” which is buy img a stock and selling it within a short frame

If you know anything about gas stations you would know that it’s a terrible investment for growth. Gas stations normally operate on very thin profit margins, also the 7-11 purchase is equally retarded
