How cluster validation will know the quorum drive is that one specific to configure in validation. And this will show C drive also in validation.
By default quorum disk is going to assign which smallest one, however you can change quorum settings anytime.

SQL Server will run on cluster, Create SQL Cluster or create High Availability group for SQL Database.

Cluster IP is for Windows Fail-over Cluster
and
Second IP is for SQL Server Fail-over cluster itself.

what will be the network connection type for HB and iSCSI
HBA will be directly connected by HBA Adapter on servers.
iSCSI will be connected over IP, from any network adapter.
