  • The intent is to highlight and bring to attention such matters so that a change can be brought about. Lazy staff with irresponsible behavior, rude attitude and a highly bureaucratic system needs to change. It takes effort to put all this together; we too initially thought “why bother”; but then realized that we either make a start ourselves for a change or not complain at all. Therefore this attempt to find out if someone somewhere is listening and has the courage to stand up, take the baton from us and do his/her bit towards bringing about a positive change.
    Please share and spread the word if you have ever gone through such an experience. Please also do your part in taking a step forward and exposing such incidents and system.

      Agree! but here is the challenge yet again. In many airports we have seen brawls, arguments and agitation, screaming, yelling between airline staff and passengers over extreme delays . This is a common characteristic feature of airports which surface from time to time. In such groups, educated individuals are also present - but still why does the yelling and shouting happens? Which obviously leads to another wonderful question - Now how education plays a role? Had education been the sole responsible factor, then all educated men and women in the world would behave and react in the same manner - does it happen practically on ground? No. Why? So on the corollary - do all yelling and shouting men and women in such airport conflicts are uneducated? This leads to another wonderful question - we all claim that India is becoming more and more literate and literacy levels are high. But the events at the airport seem to narrate a different story.

    The Guy in specs is Top notch in interacting with the Airline and Airport Authority, precise and on Point , no bullshit talk . The correct way to handle the situation hitting with those who found guilty WRT their behaviour with the passangers .

      Just know what ur rights are, and also have some knowledge about how airport and airline works , and then you won't need him , in all situations you will know what u r supposed to get and when u r supposed to get , that's the only way

    That was brilliantly done by the guy with glasses. He not only got answers to his questions from staff that was giving him run around for hours but also managed to keep the angry mob in control. Definitely a born leader.👏👏

      CISF won't make a move untill passanger try to physically assault the staff or abuse them, I mean it's also fair that employees should not be abused because of higher authorities fault, and physical harm is never an option

    This is what happens when you use your brain instead of only mouth.
    You get your work done smoothly. I have seen many videos where literally all the passengers scream at the same time on workers resulting in total chaos. No body understands anything and nothing happens.
    Here this guy is very smart to use on the spot facts and incidents to prove his point, best thing is worker had literally no reply to him.

    Harassment by customs official is also a problem a ahmedabad airport and outside the airport by local police to stop the car and check the bags which is not their jurisdiction as the bags are already checked by customs.

    Good job recording the whole thing and taking a firm stand against all of them. Sadly this is an everyday situation at ahmedabad airport and not all flights have a strong passenger like you who can speak up, therefore all the passengers just quietly suffer. Specially passengers traveling on these shitty low cost carriers like arabia from ahmedabad are usually lower/middle class, less educated people who would never speak up. I travel to from this airport every year, and trust me there has been zero improvement in recent years despite so many international flights on daily basis. All ground handling staff have a typical gujju teenager chill attitude(Im a gujju too) and no professionalism at all as reflected in your video how they lie, laugh and mock the elders. They just respond all your questions with a classic 'Khabar nai'.

    Ahmedabad Airport nowadays after Adani takeover charges a whooping ₹1,000 for just stopping for merely 2 seconds, and issues a so called "No Parking Slip". We need such people to tackle such issues!
