Chestnut Rainbow Wax Part 1 (EN)

In this video, I show a way to use Rainbow Wax to bring out the grain.
This works particularly well on coarse-pored wood surfaces such as ash, elm or oak.
The sample in the video is ash.
The plate used is representative of turned objects. The work processes are the same or at least very similar for other objects.
I use products from the Chestnut Products, some of which are made available to me.
The Rainbow Waxes are decorative water-based waxes with strong colour pigments. They give a metallic shimmer.
Diluted with a little water, they can also be applied with a brush. This gives almost infinite possibilities when mixing.
Following colours are available:
• Aqua Blue
• Bright Blue
• Vivid Blue
• Bronze
• Charcoal
• Green
• Ivory
• Lilac
• Pink
• Red

As long as this kind of wax has time to gas off a top coat should not be a problem.
