I didn´t even like the show that much but I just think Franco did an awesome job as Luka.
This is a mess, I´m sorry. I just haven´t posted or finish any project in a while and I had fun with this character. This are just some of his scenes.

Ok, crecí con Rebelde Way y fue practicamente toda mi adolescencia. Nunca vi la version 2004, conozco algunas canciones obvio, y algunos personajes pero no fue tan significativa para mi como RW. Arranqué esta versión por pura curiosidad. Algunos personajes me parecieron copados pero tambien me parece que usaron muchas historias o estereotipos repetidos y eso no me gustó mucho. En fin, solo es mi opinión, veremos que pasa jaja.

I grew up watching Rebelde Way as a teen too and I can't even begin to describe how much it affected me. I never watched the mexican version cause I always thought it wouldn't be as good as the original. I decided to watch the netflix version as a completely different show (it doesn't have that much in common with the original anyway). It seemed a little rushed to me in terms of the plot development but it was kinda fun and easy to watch.

I totally agree. RW was such an important part of my life ♥ And I was curious about this version cause it´s a completly different generation and things have changed a lot. There are a couple of things I wasn´t very into but there were others that I really liked. Some relationships were completely rushed haha but well, we´ll see how it goes. I hesitate in watching the series. It wasn't bad as I thought it would be. I understood the backstory because I grew with the mexican version. I liked that it was an original story. I also thought it was too rush.. I felt that they cut the some episodes. I think they should have done an longer season. Even though I did not grow up with the RW, but I think it would fun to include some of the RW characters. I liked that it was continuation instead of an reboot. It gives the hope to see characters from the original series.

I agree and I think that was the point of the continuity, to maybe make some cameos of old characters. I guess we'll have to see what happens in s2. I really hope they make some original songs and not just covers haha. Thanks a lot for watching Aggie ✨
