They could play this out in RP really easily. Let MaximousBlack know what’s up, get him on board. He hasn’t had to really deal with the Polish mob since the initial agreement. Let the Polish mob found out via John from Ramee’s club that OTT won and the mob wants that $500k. To them that’s their money for K-Town. Or maybe $400k whatever seems balanced. I don’t think OTT would flip, he still got the amazing RP and just let him know realtors can’t buy homes to flip since it’s current economy breaking. Maybe in the future once’s most properties are own. Maybe the state forecloses on homes for players that get banned or don’t wake up but make that something 6+ months down the road. Maximous seems like a reasonable guy, he gets it. I doubt he wants to beef either. He seems like he’d gladly take what’s best for the server and RP over keeping millions. He said in his own response the poker tourney was for fun and he would delete the $500k, doesn’t matter. I’m sure they’ll figure something out.
The real estate isn't the problem because OTT doesn't get that much from the realtor job, it's the inside info on the actual cost of the homes and him being able to use that to get a profit from selling it. The easy fix for that is to, look at the billing on OTT's realtor listing for bids and minus the amounts against the sold prices on the homes sold by him. This would be a realtor tax. Thus creating a OTT law for Flipping Homes as a realtor. I understand why Summit is mad because it's abuse of the system because OTT isn't an average joe, he is a streamer whos been around the block. His Rp character is "The King", which has the ego and because he has a lot of money without grinding is the problem. Because it's a ego thing, even if he doesn't use the money. It would still be a problemm because he a flex in-game and out of game. People with streamer prio, should be the bug fixers because they tend to get first looks at new content. Plus the realtor thing is a admin vetted job. The people in their chats think just because everyone has the app to see the homes is the same as being a realtor, they are so wrong. Another fix to the realtor would be that they can't bid on their own listing, that would nerf what OTT is doing as well.
