Go to your hardware store and get a thin sheet of plexiglass cut. Lay that on the top of your threads so they don’t pop out? You can always trim a bit off the bottom of the plastic spools if you need too. Just an idea.
Oh my! You really love stitching! It must have taken a lot of love, time and patience to assemble. I do this every time I start a new project (zip locks bags). I don’t have a chest like you. One day I will get all my threads arranged numerically. I don’t like using the little thread organizers because they leave creases on the threads. I prefer my threads nice and straight. Beautiful job you did
I'm getting this chest soon, now that they're back in stock. What kind of label maker did you use for the bobbins? I've just used an ultra-fine-point sharpie on mine, but I'd like to actually label them because the sharpie wears away after a while.
thanks for your reply. and sorry for my english. I try again. :) can you please tell me what the measures are of the draw please. i need to now of my bobbins are fit in it. thank you
No need to apologize. I'm assuming you want the measurements in cm. It's 20 (depth)by 40cm(length). The 40cm drawer length can moreover be divided into 5x7.7cm long spaces using optional dividers. I use DMC bobbins and they fit perfectly. Hope this helps & happy stitching! 😊
Hello! Thanks for this video :) I'm interested to know if DMC ever got back to you about the missing colours? My box arrived with a missing set of drawer dividers. Hoping to get a replacement set.
Hi, I storage all my threads on DMC bobbins and on drawers. It's nice to see it but not practical. In each utilisation, we must unwind and rewind thread on bobbin. So, I discover Drop solution. It's a nice idea but not so esthetic to storage, but I find this solution very good to use thread. I wonder which solution I will adopt...
I would love to answer your question, but I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly. Can you be more specific please? Is it the depth of the drawer or dividers?

Yes, they did. I wrote to them & they sent me the missing flosses in an envelope. I hope you get your dividers soon. ❤️
