Gotta love how people feel so happy we won a map 5 game against the other worst team in the league. What an insane achievement. C9 doesn't even want to be in owl anymore. This wasn't a victory, this was the relief of barely missing a 0-16 season.
Please can we actually try to do something next year not just sign a bunch of european contenders players and lose every game. I will invest my time into watching and supporting this team if cloud 9 invests some money. A team's goal should always be to win the league (whether it be a long-term process or short-term) yet we just seem to get worse every year. You say it's been a "tough" season but what were you expecting when all our players are quite frankly not good enough for owl (not their fault). Of course I put no blame on the players, all of it is on the org and how they have treated the fans. Please try and keep shax if u can and maybe molf but the rest can go and I wish them all the best.
I don't think the org expected them to do this bad no one really did. And as for the winning thing multiple teams have stepped back from that and gone budget mode, knowing they're not gonna win the season e.g vancouver, valiant, I would say charge and Boston. If they wanted a top teir team they could do it the pieces are out there. Most teams are waiting for ow2 now since they can earn much more money then. It sucks but yeah they've gone budget mode and want to foster EU talent. Orgs decision and I don't blame then. I get where your coming from though its hard being a fan
