Euler's mileage is good, the load capacity is also good, but, the cost of maintenance is high. Company is giving 3 years extended warranty on battery and motor, so, I have purchased Euler and after 2 years of usage, the on-board charger have gone faulty. The company says it will cost ₹38,000/- and if you are saving 10k to 15k in a year all your savings will be gone after the on-board charger if out of warranty after 1 year. I have also got to know from other drivers that the on-board charger easily gets problems and a component costing ₹38k is not of good quality and needs replacement every year.

@@EulerMotors thank you Euler Team, the issue is resolved. The On-board-charger is replaced free of cost and I have received an extended 2 year warranty (starting from June 2024) on the newly installed On-board-charger. The Euler team took almost 2 weeks to fix the problem, however I'm happy with their final decision. I appreciate the commitment and their efforts towards better customer service.
