Red Dwarf is one of the best shows every made. That and of course Fawlty Towers. Oh and open all hours too! Damn I love British comedy. So much about it that's so hilarious. And are you being served too. Boy do I love the humor. Keep it coming.
In an alternate ending for the series Rimmer got hit by a high flying soda can shot from a disgruntle soda vending machine so it’s possible he died then became a hologram again
One thing I never understood. When Kryten gets kicked out of the womens' wing, why does he not go stay with The Cat? We never know who the Cat stays with, or even if he stays with anyone. You would think he would go stay with The Cat, since there would be no room with Lister and Rimmer. I like to think that Cat roomed with Kill Crazy.
@spazymarkdl That's because the rimmer who died became Ace Rimmer. This rimmer is the one which was created by the nanobots. The same ones that created Red Dwarf and ressurected the crew.
He went in, putted out ewerything and more like a shrimp on the lights, but Kryten had setted it all up and they putted it up in mister Akermans room(the mean guardcaptin)Rimmer rushes to Lister's help and they manage to clean it up.
I need to find things that will make a female not want to have sex with someone. ::A few minutes later :: Rimmer: Have you been going through my things?
Sorry. The humor for Series 7, 8 and '9' (the latter two being worse than 7) was not even remotely as good as it was in series 1-6, IMO. The science fiction was fine - but the humor generally (with exceptions) became rather obvious and dumbed down. No doubt to me, Red Dwarf simply is not as good without BOTH Naylor AND Grant.
>8 >worse than 7 Objectively incorrect and a sign of abhorrent taste. Season 7 was a complete Slog and Kochansky was a conpeltely unliakable cunt, that you weren’t allowed to hate and mock like Rimmer. The only good episode of season 7 was the one with Rimmer land. At least Season 8 had The Rimmer and Lister interactions to make up for it.
the funny thing is that RD (Red Dwarf) was never good without some recollections to being stuck and discovering things, once they knew all there was to know, it just became boring star wars.
HellKaiserRika Nah definitely not. Norman Lovett himself said that season 8 Holly was more like an afterthought, and all his appearances were like a 'we've got time to stick another Holly joke in here'.
Holly's lines. Not many, but Norman and Hattie, could deliver them with such excellence.
Deadpan, an art form.
Have you ever notced, Rimmer only calls Lister "Listy" when he's about to tell him that he's screwed?
Well, in this case, he was informing Lister that Kochanski in danger of being screwed.
Linford Listy.
if you want to be brief you say their full name, if you want to be coy, you choose an affirmative action.
I like Norman Lovett's delivery of ''You got to deal with your grief" at 0:05.
Rimmer's chess metaphors are brilliant. To talk dirty without actually saying it. (or BBC wouldn't allow it) Comic genius.
Listen to Round The Horne sometime.
That’s typical British humour, just like the carry on’s, very suggestive and naughty humour but never actually vulgar.
It is what is called a double entendre
@@Lord_Skeptic lol
"Have you been going through my things?" LOL
It was brilliant writing.
2:24 "have you been going through my things?"
Red dwarf rules. 😂

So good isn’t it and the rest hahaha
Porridge and Dad's Army were so funny.
"have you been going through my things" lmao
sandwiched between 2 bishops and her queen is exposed to an attack from the rear
Lord Skeptic 6 people don’t appreciate the innuendo in that sentence.
whats the relevance of the bishops?
@@blueberry1874 The Penis.
''How's this Listie?''
"you've been kryteeeered!"
I love Red Dwarf!😀😃😄😁😆😅😂🤣😝😜
I agree, simply Genius.
OUR Rimmer is a hologram, that's the new Rimmer created by the nanobots.
In an alternate ending for the series Rimmer got hit by a high flying soda can shot from a disgruntle soda vending machine so it’s possible he died then became a hologram again
@@Howyaduing thus going full circle.
You need a captains salute..
0:42 Good one, Rimmer!
Haha I love the next scene. "The love Assasin!" XD
this stuff is gold.
Nah, it's on Dave. : )

We need more Red Dwarf!
You need Dave, the TV channel!
we can never have too much dave or RD
Morris Dancer Monthly and tragic underwear...
hahahahaha
Nerd Meister, lol!
1:28 Hold on, is that a robot wars backpack?
well "lister" was the robot wars host for some time.
Poor Norman Lovett. He really was surplus to requirements this season.
Where's James Last, Rimmer's favourite composer?
Probably too mild for the purposes in mind.
Kryten and Rimmer where always brilliant.
They made the show.
1:00 that I can believe
@spazymarkdl
That's because the rimmer who died became Ace Rimmer.
This rimmer is the one which was created by the nanobots. The same ones that created Red Dwarf and ressurected the crew.
1:04 Admittedly Kryten has gotten a lot nicer to Kochanski since they put him in the womens quarters.
@swollower they were all brilliant. freakin love this show
@LAHrebirth that one is the "new" Ace Rimmer. This one was remade by the Nanos when they rebuilt Red Dwarf.
@LAHrebirth It is the same Rimmer, just not a hologram
have you being going through my things
Damn that is funny
What season? What EPISODE?
which episode is this?
Onion sandwiches are great.
episode 5 of series 8
I believe that there was episode of red dwarf that were never recorded but there was the comic versions of them... Like Red Dwarf: The body snatcher
I wonder if this Rimmer has "Rimmer Directives" too
@BBCWorldwide no... its episode 4 of series 8.
its actually episode 5 of series 8
He went in, putted out ewerything and more like a shrimp on the lights, but Kryten had setted it all up and they putted it up in mister Akermans room(the mean guardcaptin)Rimmer rushes to Lister's help and they manage to clean it up.
I just discovered the show, cut me some slack.
Indeed Rimmer, you never would understand the jokes, even if they were mainframed unto your hard-disc and shuffled on repeat.
@BBCWorldwide episode 5 series 8* :)
@LMTrock No, it's not.
hahahahahahhahahhahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahahha super nice 5/5
@demondimond doesn't what red dwarf?
hehe classic
Time is a great healer... unless you've got a rash in which case, you're better off with ointment :P
Pure gold.
Truer words have never been spoken.. *unsettles in his seat*
I thought Rimmer didn't believe in God.
Doesn't mean you can't listen to Christian Rock.
I think he believes in God, but doesn't like him.
@demondimond AMEN!
@ShaunsBlogs
Its episode five of series eight
back in the red part 1,2 and 3, cassandra, krytie tv pete part 1 and 2 only the good
hes not a hologram anymore
Rimmer's lost his H.
@LAHrebirth better than no rimmer
Nothing is better than no Rimmer.
or kissing him in a dream?
I need to find things that will make a female not want to have sex with someone.
::A few minutes later ::
Rimmer: Have you been going through my things?
Rimmer is the hardcopy hologram who will never sleep with anyone, for as long as he is primed to exist.
ballbag
Too true! It would be complete insanity!
