I don't think you're comparing the right thin with the top 5 vs bottom 5. You're saying should a team trade their top 5 pick to get more assets. We'll logically, a team in the top 5 would not go all the way down to the bottom of the draft it would be more mid first round. That would be a more interesting comparison.
Definitely not saying a team should trade top 5 picks as I had more “hits” there… just looking at the top of the round and the back end of it and comparing
@@First10Productions Yeah I get that, I'm saying it would be more interesting to compare let's say 1-5 to 10-15 or even 15-20 you know? Because we see all the time teams wanting to jump for a QB let's say and for a team in the top 10 is it worth sliding down to get a just as talented guy that slips. But good video none less
I understand this is all opinion based off of you the content creator's opinions. But what are you using to determine hits and busts? You should have a quantifiable way to determine whether or not they're a hit or a bust. I mean technically, Sam darnold made it to the NFC championship game, and he's always been employed just like Baker. And both Baker and Sam darnold are playing beyond their second teams. All I'm saying is bro is you need is having some way to give a scorecard to these guys like, you could use how much money they've accumulated, or how many pro bowls, different titles. Playoff appearances. I mean these are just a few things to take into consideration. Also, there's no information about the teams they went into, I mean typically teams that were the worst the previous year have higher draft picks, so they're probably still going to be a pretty s***** team, well that's laid around. Pics were pretty good. Players picked in the later rounds are going to have better odds of of succeeding due to the fact that they may not be needed right away, be seen as a project, and may have more time to acclimate into the league. Just clarify your reasoning before you start listing off a bunch of players
That’s for the suggestion dude and I appreciate the comment! Just trying to pick out guys that can contribute to teams and then the stars of the class and compare the front of the round to the back. Just using common sense.. guys like darnold haven’t done much except be on the team in the champ game run making them not a hit
Lamar Jackson has the same number of playoff wins as Baker Mayfield. He’s not Mahomes. But the MVPs!? Yeah those are Monopoly money. Playoff wins are real.
I tell you they gon get a Superbowl outta me😅😅😅😅😅

Enjoyed the video, I think you need to just cut down on how much you say the word obvious/obviously
My bad must’ve been a lot of obvious stuff in the vid lol

Jerry tillery is NOT a hit
I went back and forth tillery… felt like enough of a rotational guy but i get calling him a miss
@@First10Productions as a chargers fan he is a huge miss
That’s probably my bad lol
@@First10Productions happens, great vid otherwise

Nah
I definitely get that Lamar hasn’t been that good in the playoffs but he’s at minimum a top 5 QB
