You can dum biryani in a big foil dish in oven ......rice or chicken ki layering dish me kr k full temperature pr preheated oven me cover kr k rkh den for twenty minutes it will be perfect ....u can make big quantity like this

To make barista you have to fry onion with more oil your onion was looking oily not crispy.
And second thing is when you were boiling water for biryani rice add little lemon juice in it
So that your rice will not stick.
