Like so many others including myself when hearing her for the 1st time ever with this performance you are blown away with a very unexpected sound. Not to mention the arrangement and her expressions give a full on rendition all her own. Like you I was speechless when first hearing her and thought OMG what a unique voice and performance. Jez I don't know if you know the incredible that this girl at the moment she sings this video is not even 16 years old. If you look in the jury (the last one who pushes the button) it is the maestro krutoy (the pianist not that composer of Dimash's songs). From this video onwards I take her under his wing and you find several videos where he plays the piano while she sings. Continue with your reaction you are very good
Three days ago, Diana gave an interview on the Russian OTR channel, where she herself said that Igor Krutoy did not produce her, did not take her under his wing and was not interested in her at all. 2. "Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien" 13 years 8 months.
3. This is not the same show as "Rechenka". This is season 3, "Rechenka" is season 2.
Diana lives in Russia, and Dimash is from Kazakhstan. These are different countries. Don't confuse them.

Great and honest reaction to 1st time hearing Диана Анкудинова. Like so many others including myself when hearing her for the 1st time ever with this performance you are blown away with a very unexpected sound. Not to mention the arrangement and her expressions give a full on rendition all her own. Like you I was speechless when first hearing her and thought OMG what a unique voice and performance. Still gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Thank you for your honest reaction. As others have said you should check out many of her other videos in Russian, French, English, Spanish, and more.
