I disagree. What you consider to be order isn’t what objective reality considers to be order. That’s the part you’re missing. Order isn’t subjective. There’s a broad and diverse selection of creatures in existence. Just like with cards. Because cards were created, and created with a purpose, they have a specific order to adhere to. Entropy of a system can be described as minimum amount of information required to describe the system. In Shannon's information theory, it is possible to calculate entropy for a given set of characters by summing up negative logs of the characted probabilities (IIRC). In the case of card stack, 60 same cards can be described by very little information, e.g. "60 x ace of hearts", but even few but completely different cards require a long sentence to describe. In simple terms, if you zip a text document, the size of .zip file gives you the entropy of the file (very roughly).

So like Peter Griffin on that one episode where Stewie was going backwards in time from what age he was now into the birth I don't know what episode it was but that reminds me of this
The water trick is similar to how wagon wheels in old westerns look like the spokes are turning backward, or how a helicopter's rotor seems to be turning really slowly. These are all a consequence of frame rate of the video camera vs frequency of movement of the object being filmed.
I'd like to suggest another line of thinking for the "reverse arrow" universe. If it were actually identical to ours but with time reversed, then when you come into existence (the moment we call death) your mind would already have pre-ordered memories of your life yet to come. As you went through life, your mind would "forget" the memories you're experiencing moment by moment, and as you grew very young, you'd eventually forget how to walk, talk, etc. To top that off, we could imagine that the universe we're describing already exists -- it's our universe. Imagine all of space-time as one, four-dimensional object. If you could step out into a higher dimension, you'd see all of space and all of time, from beginning to end, all laid out as one giant object. Every string of events that has ever happened or ever will happen are already embedded in that space-time object. Our lives (each a string of events in the 4-d object) are then defined simply by how we experience those events. We, being a part of the space-time object, experience different points in our lives as we pass from one to another, moving through what we call time. For example, at one point within of the object, your brain has memories that don't exist in another part of that object (what we would call our past). A being looking at us from higher dimensions could imagine an "arrow of time" that goes "backwards" in our space-time. For this being, it's just a direction in a time dimension -- just like moving backwards on a number line or along a physical axis like x or y. For this being, future and past just means looking at different points on the timeline, and the idea of moving forward or backwards in time is just a matter of which convention the being want's to use. The 4-dimensional space-time object might have no inherent property that defines the direction of any particular dimension (including time). However, for us, our brains have more memories of events at one point in the 4-D object than at another "past" point in that object. Perhaps, that means that beings like us in a four-dimensional space-time like ours have no choice but to believe that time is moving in a specific direction (defined by the fact that our brains have memories of "past" events but not "future" ones). Beings that were in any other space-time universe with memories that change from one point to another would also experience the "arrow of time" like we do. So, our universe could be considered as a 4-dimensional object where the "direction of time" can be defined in any direction one wishes. However. due to the nature of our memories, beings that are part of that universe cannot experience it in "reverse" order and will always experience a concept of "time" that moves in one particular direction. Just some thoughts to ponder.

In the reversed time universe, we suck in poop, then vomit and assemble pieces into a whole pizza
I'd like to suggest another line of thinking for the "reverse arrow" universe.
