@@MARINGOODLIVING I know this is asking a lot, but is there anyway possible for a mirror mortal, only making $110,000 a year, could buy at least a condo somewhere in Marin county, that doesn’t include Marin city or the canal district?
We can’t just gloss over that you’re narrating a map and not the area. This is the first video I’ve ever seen covered in this manner. Is it because the area is affluent enough that you on a camera walking around, wouldn’t be received well?
@@GiraffeStudentAthlete Thanks for the comment. This specific video is to give people that aren’t familiar with San Rafael a lay of the land. There’s many other videos in my series of me walking around all parts of marin.
@@MARINGOODLIVING I understand. Thank you for the explanation. Failure to communicate allows you to” imaginate”, is what I tell the students . So just ask. Just communicate . All this time I thought you didn’t show us the actual city of and neighborhoods because they’re in affluent areas or because of the camps of displaced communities. Sounds like I was wrong. Thank you for clarifying.
Had to dump my condo cheap a few years ago in the Canal area, had to get outa that dump!Sure u can figure out the many reasons why.😢it’s kinda heartbreaking.

Is there any place where there is dancing? At least for middle-aged folks like myself? Not a club, but more for adults

Great video....of a map
Unique and informative content. Appreciate the amount of knowledge he imparts in short videos. Gives an honest vibe of the city pros and cons.
Thanks Debbie. Have you eaten at Sol Food downtown? We can’t get enough of it
