    One thing I'm coming to terms with is the fact that when we're younger (& not even so much these days) our bodies stay "up" because of youth, but as we age our body gets weaker & can't tolerate a bad diet anymore. We have to change. Too many people are getting sick of all ages by what we eat with all the artificial non-living things we put in our living bodies.

      @cruzpaez8047 Рік тому +4

      Also, learn how to use herbs & spices, both dried & fresh. You will not miss the salt at all. One needs so little sodium/salt. Americans eat wayyyy too much salt & sugar. Not too mention too much fake flavorings, preservatives, etc. it's all killing us horribly.
      I am vegan 80% of the time AND I've noticed my health problems R gone!!! I've been eating this way for just a little over 2 yrs. No more Diabetes, no more Hypertension & no more Rx Meds. I have lost over 60+ lbs so far. Veganism is amazing. The 20% is animal protein b/c I used to be a huge meat-eater. Huge. No more. Most weeks I have eaten no meat whatsoever. I truly do not miss any animal products. So, the 20% gets less & less, the more I eat vegan. I ope you will give veganism a chance as well. Good Eats. ✌🏾

    I think its great if a person likes to create things in the kitchen like marvelous chef Babette. But i have no desire to do it...i hate time in the kitchen. I wish i could just have menus for everyday eating that told me what to eat 3x a day that is detoxing...building...and simple. My bmi is less than 17. I do not want to lose weight. Nuts and seeds gave me arterial plaque. I dont know how atherogenic avocados are. What do i do. Surely there are others just like me. I cant maintain weight and muscle on just fruits..veg raw

    • @MontgomeryHeartWellness

      Mucous is really the by product of inflammation. Mucous can be passed during detox. If it isn't passed, it remains in the body and potentiates chronic illness.

    True medicine comes from the earth and, not a lab. God gave us the land to eat from and the trees and leaves to heel our body. Jesus favorite food was fish. He ate fruits, vegetables, grain, bread, beans, and legumes. He did not eat unclean animals (pork, snake or shellfish). Legumes, like beans or lentils, and fish for protein. Meat that are a sin to eat is meat of strangled animals. It is in his word.

      Barley (Deuteronomy 8:8)
      Beans (2 Samuel 17:28)

      Dates (2 Samuel 6:19)
      Milk (1 Corinthians 3:2)
      🥛 Q&A Did people drink milk in Bible times?
      “Yes, people drank milk! It was only during birthing season, instead of regularly like we are used to today. It was also mostly sheep and goat's milk but sometimes it would be a cow or camel if you had access to one, though typically that was reserved for the wealthier who would own such animals.” ✅
