Looking at the “big picture” of the Body of Messiah in Israel, we see women of influence being catalysts for bringing revival and growth to their communities. Our charge to our students is to take what they have learned back to their congregations and cultivate a team of women who are prayerfully focused on evangelizing, discipling, and counseling others. The goal is a movement of women grounded in Biblical truth, who are affirmed in their identities, strengthened in their callings, and equipped to lead lives of ministry. Shifting the general paradigm from a few women who are carrying the load, to a community of women who are seen, heard, and known by God and equipped to serve His people…

Is there is anything like this for men?!
Israel College of the Bible has had courses for men in leadership for many years. Recognizing that older women (both in age and in faith) are called to teach younger women (both in age and in faith), they have opened this special course for women in leadership (many of whom-maybe all, I don’t know them all personally-have husbands already in leadership in their congregations.
Exciting ministry for women to women! Favorite place to be is with other women and in the WORD of GOD. Learning and teaching TRUTH. GOD blesses these groups. Have seen miracles with my own eyes.
One of the most powerful Scripture based books is “Why Not Women?”. With the Greek grammar unpacking key verses, it challenges many of our traditions. Isn’t it fascinating that women train up children until they reach maturity and suddenly they must keep silent around men… and yet their influence keeps going if we were honest. Here in Israel they rise to high ranks in the IDF and lead men, but when they enter the congregation they have no public say. Corrie ten Boom used to “invite” men as she taught the women and no one declined. The worst show of “manhood” was when the first two rows of men and leaders walked out of a conference when Ann Graham Lotz stood to speak! And the conference was sponsored by Billy Graham! As we are Jews and Gentiles, men and women are One New Man with distinctions without division. God gives us the same gifts and He gives us our assignment. He will open doors that some insist on locking. I love being a woman and having men as protectors. And I love our differences. I pray we will all learn to accept and celebrate each other and encourage our God given gift…. Even if it means welcoming a woman onto the pulpit!!!
Are these courses for online? How long does the course last?I thank Abba Father for his Holy Spirit that is my teacher and guide..its nice to see our beautiful sisters encouraging and building each other up. Shalom. Agape.
This was wonderful to view. I continue to pray for the work and fruitfulness of One For Israel and seeing this new endeavor of equipping women for discipling other women was a blessing to see. His continual grace and truth in His love to you all!
