If she is to shine internationally, she needs the best of assistance and support from her entourage. Unfortunately, on the basis of her rendition of my favourite song here, she does not seem to be getting it. So, pardon me for being audacious. Just two points, if I may. 1. Yesterday when I was young, many ....WERE (not ARE) waiting to be sung. 2. .... ALAS (a sigh, an interjection showing regret), not (AT LAST), an adverbial phrase that makes no sense in the context. Best wishes from a 老而不 who means well.
